Business trip in January
Fantastic resort - spent 7 days in january - AMAZING beach. Lots of food options - great service by Cristian in the Japanese and Julio on the boat taxi. My only complaint would be that the access to certain pools and restaurants wanot explained at check in so it made for some akward moments when we were denied access. over all great trip.

I don't understand this question
One of our member is asking for the hotel's reusable drinking bottle and the lady refused. She told us to do survey first. She could have given one - that left a bad taste in my mouth. Other than that - everything is great.
