Falling standards and poor guest relations
We had stayed here in April 2024 as a family of four and had a lovely time so decided to return with our wider family (group of seven). Unfortunately standards seem to have fallen this year and the guest relations/customer service were poor at times. We stayed all inclusive and this should open up access to several restaurants on top of the main buffet. All meals have to be booked at specific times and via the hotel app, which is restrictive in itself, it would be far more relaxing to go for breakfast when you wake up, rather than plan this the day before. The Italian restaurant was a real highlight last year but this year it was very difficult to book and when we did eventually manage to book in, the food was of a poor quality. It is branded as “authentic Italian” and whilst we don’t mind pasta al dente, we had to send our three year-old’s meal back twice as the pasta was raw. You could only book each meal for the occupants of your room, which meant we struggled to book meals for all seven of us and this seemed to cause a problem to all the waiting/front of house staff. There is always loud music pumping out of the adjacent Hard Rock hotel which is usually bearable, but on the Saturday night they hosted a concert which was extremely loud and our room faced their stage which meant our kids were kept awake by the noise and laser show. When we spoke with reception they had been aware of the concert plan but did not seem to think they should warn the guests. I emailed guest relations to outline issues with meal booking, availability and the concert and it took them 48hrs to reply. The reply said to visit reception/guest relations. When we attended, Noemi fro guest relations just said “mmmmm I understand” in a patronising tone and did not address any of our issues. She said she would take it up with her manager Rosario and get back to us, this never happened, which was poor. On the plus side, the hotel remains very clean and the kids entertainment team are excellent

Excellent hotel and great value.
My wife and I both mid 70's stayed at this hotel for one week at the end of April on an all inclusive basis which was great value for money and thought it was probably the best package holiday hotel we have stayed in. We had a very spacious and well appointed room with a sea view, a large wardrobe with loads of coat hangers a bonus for my wife! The hotel was built around 2 years ago and reflects this everything in excellent condition. The mini bar was restocked every two days and was included in the cost. There was a good variety and choice of food. We also ate at the 3 speciality which were included and all very good. The selection in the bar was excellent, branded spirits with Fever Tree mixers. Staff were excellent and very friendly. The hotel is in quite a hilly location with a few shops within a 10 minute walk. Very child friendly which wasn't an issue for us. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Excellent family hotel
I am writing this review on one of the H10 Atlantic Sunset sunbeds on the final day of our holiday. We are a family of four—two adults and two children aged 8 and 10. All-Inclusive Option: We opted for the all-inclusive package, which we found to be excellent value for money. The food and drink offerings were comprehensive, including an ever-stocked fridge with a variety of snacks (crisps, Haribos, KitKat, peanuts) and beverages (beer, water, Coke, etc.). All of these were included as part of the package. Rooms: We stayed in a family room on the fifth floor with sea views, situated opposite the Hard Rock Hotel. The room was more spacious than expected, as the photos did not fully capture its size. Although the Hard Rock Hotel occasionally played loud music, it did not disturb us since closing the balcony doors effectively muted the sound. Additionally, the maid service was excellent, with daily visits. Buffet Restaurant: The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, making it ideal even for fussy eaters. Breakfast was particularly impressive, though we only dined at the buffet and cannot comment on the other restaurants. Staff: The staff were outstanding, especially with our children. Amar and Mohamed in the buffet restaurant, in particular, deserve special thanks for their tireless efforts in the restaurant to entertain our kids. The Daisy Club was also a hit with our youngest, who typically avoids such activities. Entertainment: There was plenty of entertainment available for all tastes. The hotel offered two main acts: one performance downstairs featuring acrobatic acts, magic etc and a live music show upstairs, ensuring there was something to suit everyone. Pool Area: The pools were fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the salted pool near the snack bar, which was quieter than the main kids’ pool. Finding sunbeds was never an issue, and on several occasions, staff intervened before 10am to remove reserved towels from sunbeds, ensuring fairness for all guests. Location: A hire car is highly recommended as the hotel is somewhat isolated. There is a small strip of shops about a 10-minute walk away. The quickest route is to take the lift down to the back of the hotel, descend the steps to the beach, and then ascend the opposite set of steps leading to the shops. Overall, our family had a wonderful time at the H10 Atlantic Sunset and we would not hesitate to visit again in the future.

Pristine and spotless hotel
Really modern hotel which is in a quiet location next to the sea and away from the mass tourism of Costa Adeje. The Hotel was however near to the Hard Day Night Hotel which tended to be quite noisy up till 6.00pm but didn’t spoil our holiday. The hotel is spotless, the gardens pristine, pools well maintained and plentiful and comfortable sun beds.. The WiFi was good in the areas I used it and the mobile service in the town was excellent, 5G everywhere! The rooms were bright and very spacious but the air conditioning was poor but fortunately there was a very effective paddle fan! Rooms were cleaned daily and water, coffee and tea replenished frequently! We had a privilege room on half board with worked perfectly for us and meant we had use of the privilege rooftop infinity pool, privilege lounge, The View restaurant and bar which had free drinks for most of the day. The View Restaurant was exceptional, the food was outstanding and the service was impeccable, Marta and Xuan plus the rest of the team went out of their way to make it a truly memorable experience and they all deserve recognition for their professionalism and customer service! The very popular Stromboli restaurant was strangely closed 2 days a week but did have some nice food and excellent pizza…just avoid the pasta dishes ….all pasta and little else. The main frustration is the need to make reservations for ALL meals using a very clunky web based “app” . Understand the need to book evening meals and speciality restaurants but lunch and breakfast! As an example we had been out for the morning and got back to the hotel at 12.45 and decided to nip to the pool bar/restaurant for some lunch, only to be told that we needed a reservation and the earliest time was 14.00…..fyi the bar was almost empty! The good news is there are a number of nice bars around the Hotel where you can get lunch. The reservation situation just adds a stress to a holiday that’s unnecessary…it’s meant to be a holiday and setting an alarm clock for breakfast is ridiculous! Also on the restaurants it was disappointing that the dress code was not enforced in any of the restaurants in the evening…not what you’d expect from a 5* hotel which is surely about “standards”?
