Apr 21, 2025Authenticity and Relaxation
No other resort in Cabo like it. The atmosphere and property are truly one of a kind. Staff knows how to cultivate a positive and fun experience, as a result you meet tons of wonderful people - all the guests chat and want to hang out. Even if you go alone-guaranteed you will feel welcome and likely make some good friends. Down at the phase 1 pool it’s hard to beat, sun, ocean, and good vibes. Our pool server, Gustavo, made the experience for my wife and I. He learned our names, checked in often, and treated us like VIPs! Everyone in the pool would hype him up and he’d be up dancing or singing while speeding along delivering drinks. We’ve been to other Mexico all-inclusive resorts but they don’t compare. We will be back, and I hope Gustavo is still there when we return :)

Excellent Gym
Resort is great. The staff is friendly and really friendly. The Sky Gym is excellent, good quality equipment and spectacular views. The gym coach Cesar is very welcoming, really friendly and helpful. Definitely enjoyed our one week stay and enjoyed all the amenities available to us.

When I arrive, the check-in was over 30 minutes long. The room was average with a crack in the door, bugs everywhere, the shower did not drain. The cleaning lady stole $30 and earrings out of our safe. They kept coming in 4 to 5 times a day when I was sleeping. The food every single place I went was mediocre and barely had any flavor. I was highly disappointed in the guacamole. The drinks barely had alcohol in them. When you did order something, it took forever to get it. This was my first time in Cabo and it will be my last time. I would never recommend this resort to anyone.

Concierge need to communicate much better with customers prior to arrivals, we tried many times to call and e-mail 2 months out, after we paid for our room and excisions. we like to plan our vacation ahead of time so there are no issues, but this was an epic fail.
