I was robbed at their breakfast buffet on 11/10/24 the day before my birthday. My friends and I think it was done by a kitchen staff member when I left my covered purse to go fix my breakfast. The hotel refused to give me an incident report that I requested, nor did they offer to call the police to report the incident for me. I was traveling alone and so disappointed I choice this hotel. It totally ruined my 70th birthday. Within the first 45 minutes of stealing my wallet the perpetrator ran up over 3,000.00 on my credit cards before I could close my credit cards. This hotels manager offered very little compensation when I complained when I got home. Buyer beware this is not a safe place to stay in my opinion.

We stayed at the Hampton the last week of Oct 2024. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to anticipate your needs. The breakfast bar included a mix of Mexian and American hot foods. I eat a lighter breakfast while my husband likes to pack it on and we were both satisfied. The rooms were moderate in size but clean and services daily. The pool on the top floor was very nice and a wonderful way to relax and cool off after a hot busy day. The location of the hotel is between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo making it easy to go back and forth.

Nice clean place to stay. Would recommend. Good breakfast bar. Staff was friendly. Amenities were good. Felt safe. Easy access to San Jose area for shopping, festivals, music, and food. No one standing around begging you to buy something or sell you a tour or timeshare.

Worst service during two weeks in Mexico, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
In booking.com hotel claimed they have tranaport service to the airport. No such service was available and reseption had not even heard of it. We asked them to call us a taxi for morning, but they had not even managed to do that. Worst servixe we has during two weeks in Mexico.

Lovely rooftop pool and bar!
The hotel is very conveniently located by K. The upstairs bar and and pool on the rooftop are the best part. Laila the bartender is amazing, friendly and a true gem. Highly recommend! Playa Palmilla is nearby, a 5 minute drive. I'd rent a car at BBB at the airport as it's half the price with insurance included.
