Lovely staff, good understanding of English. Huge king room, comfy bed. Breakfast good. Lack of vegan options but they did have almond milk, fruit and bran flakes. Fabulous free happy hour. 5 min walk to small sandy beach. 5 mins from airport 10 mins to cruise terminal

Great Option near the airport in San Juan
This is a great hotel near the airport in San Juan. The hotel provides a good clean room and a great staff. The pool bar a grill is a great touch, and the burgers are delicious. If you come in town and just want a quick bite or don't feel like going out, you will be happy with the meal. They also have a happy hour in the lobby in the evening. The beach is a short walk away as are some other restaurants and things to do. Great Stay!

Wonderful stay with family
Great property at prime location with walking distance to Isla Verde beach and nearby restaurants. Rooms can be better but nothing bad to complain about. Highlight is their evening happy hrs - good selection of drinks and one snack to go with it. Breakfast is good, however it gets quite busy so becomes hard to find a table to sit.

Loved our stay!
Stayed 2 nights while visiting San Juan. Very clean. Excellent free breakfast-lots of options (hot/cold) to choose from. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and 5 min to the beach. They offer vouchers for free beach chairs/umbrellas. Free cocktails in the evening. A very nice pool and swim up bar and grill. And finally-friendly and helpful staff. You will need a car to get to Old San Juan-only about a 20 min drive. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended hotel near the airport, for stays and workshops with free offers and very friendly staff!
One person stayed 3 nights and we used the Meeting Room for a 2-day event in mid-December 2024. We were surprised by the very positive and agreeable atmosphere, with pleasant receptionists, ushers and assistants (e.g., Abraham and Juan). They have a very nice free coffee, tea, chocolate area in the lobby throughout the day plus free Happy Hour evening drinks and cocktails! Stephanie the Sales representative was very open and responsive to all our needs for the meetings (e.g., seating, privacy, printing of logo and non-interruption notes, etc.), plus gave us a nice discount for the stay and 2-day venue use. It is also a couple of blocks away from clean and open Carolina Beach (which has an important Reef Preservation Area). I recommend it highly!
