Feb 21, 2025Don't bother......
Talk about a burst bubble of anticipation. The room pictures on this hotel's website are not what we got. Apparently, you must be some special Rock Royalty to get those rooms. The room we got was old, dingy, wet, broken chain with which to use to pull up a blind, walls and edges gross, under bathroom vanity looked as if chiseled into one of the Aztec walls, and forget the room door entry if you use a wheelchair for example. NEVER get thru it! Room Service staff struggle to bring a tray in with food face forward as needed to tuck in elbows at the very least. The room lighting is either on or off. No individual lamp lighting. For an all inclusive I was hoping to see a small store inside hotel as in casino hotel's in Las Vegas. Nothing. Not a coffee shop or anything similar. Will never come back to Cancun.

Feb 20, 2025Mixed feeling we will try another Hard Rock and see if we can find one that lives up to the name.
Nice enough but we were diamond class which gave us some upgrades . We stayed 9 days here. I dont know if they have any clue about rock music . The entertainment was better than some places we have been . But Hard Rock it is not 2 of the nites entertainment was ok Queen not bad and Coldplay was great . But to have Michel Jackson, africa and the circus is beyond belief for Rock so diapointed. We went to the hard rock cafe in town . They need him to show the hotel what to play . And the buffet food was amazing but mexican traditional music .. sad. So for all 9 days red flags were out so no swimming in the ocean . Really like Cancun the staff at Toro were the best. And Zen was very good. .. Maybe a differnt time of year for the beach . As i love snorkling.

We loved staying at The Hard Rock in Cancun, Mexico. Jessy and Kevoy were phenomenal and so helpful with anything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here. The hotel was really nice and everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful!

Cancun Hard Rock
Another great vacation at Hard Rock! Jessy and Kevoy our butlers take very good care of us! So look forward to seeing them and the service they provide! This is our favorite resort not to large, great staff and entertainment! Bartenders are so much fun! Will return next year!

Feb 18, 2025Worst Hard Rock out of the all their AI's
This is our 3rd stay at an all inclusive Hard Rock in 3 years-but our worst experience. It's more this particular hotel than the brand. 1)overall, this hotel is not kept up and customer service is very poor. Dark halls with many lights out, musty smelling rooms, worn down amenity areas and tired looking rooms. 2)unless you are high level legendary, watch out. The extreme shortage of seats causes the staff to literally steal your lounge chairs at the pool to give to Legendary guests-and when confronted, they say, "we'll try and get you another"!! I wish I were joking. 3)the entire resort ran out of ice cream on 2.18.25! Seriously?! My recommendation is to skip this hotel. Btw this is my first review-ever. I felt compelled to share my experience and let others know.
