EXTREMELY loud music. Not relaxing at all. Was told the wedding will end at midnight so we are stuck in our room feeling like we're in a club, while trying to get a 10 month to sleep. The building is run down and gross. Everything is dirty and sticky.

Miguel and Brenda were absolutely incredible as was Aaron. They provided for our every need. Wishing them so much success and hope to see them soon. They could not have been more accommodating. That offer us a floater so that we could enjoy the pool.

Save your money and time Avoid the Hard Rock Hotel by any means necessary! There are 240 other good choices!
Indeed the Hard Rock mattress hotel which is just the beginning of how terrible our stay was. The Hard rock hotel is far from a 5 star or a 4 star property, we had no hot water for 2 days with our toddler children, and managements response was a 5 dollar bottle of champagne and chocolate. If you're choosing a hotel in Cabo, beware that what you think you're going to experience is far from what the Hard Rock will deliver. The food is mediocre, the hot water is intermittent, and the drinks are watered down. Hard Rock offers no refunds or real solutions to any problem you may have. The worst hotel experience in Cabo by far! You'll get less than you pay for! Avoid this hotel because they are looking to capture a nightly rate and save their bottom line, they are not interested in your positive vacation experience. See below picture of the thermometer that the "inspector" brought to the room, even after confirming we didnt have hot water they did nothing but some nonsense remedy of offering a $50.00 credit to use the next time we come back to the hard rock if we agreed to sign an NDA. Never coming back to any hard rock property again!

Amazing entertainment and activity
My family and I stayed at the resort and had a wonderful time. The entertainment team is the absolute best. I was on my own for some days, while my family did other things. And as I young adult I still had so much fun with all the activities. The entertainment team were so lively and sweet and welcoming. I felt so warm and happy to be a part of it. Tony was the best. Miss you tony 😭! Also special shout out to Omar the server from the lyric pool he was so sweet too. Love you all. I will be back soon. - RAYNA F ☺️
