    Hard Rock Cabo is Hard to Beat

    The entire experience was 5 star. From our airport pickup to our drop off 8 days later we got to experience top tier service and experiences. Ricardo at the front desk made the checkin painless and seamless. We felt appreciated and important. Our Butlers, both Oscar and Atzin, were in easy and constant contact with us either in person or through the WhatsApp in order to make sure that reservations for pool, dinners, spa, and excursions were easy to obtain and done with little effort on our part --adding to the enjoyment of our anniversary vacation(the they also acknowledged. We did do an update sales presentation with Susan (she is honest, fun and professional) and then with Miguel. Our membership is right where we want it to be at this time and the refresher on what we own and what is available to us really helped us to understand it much better. In the end we did no increase in our membership at this time and they both accepted that without us feeling pressured into more than we need- at this time. That made the experience one of the better ones we have had. At the Pool-ISMAEL is AMAZING. You can really feel the passion he has for all the guests at the pool and he made everyone feel important. He is friendly, personable, fun, and just plain real. We really enjoyed his attention to details. Others that made our stay special are Lala and Aaron- two other concierge that went out of their ways to make our stay special. Nieto--that guy is a GREAT pool waiter. He is easy going, personable and attentive. WE love the food at Pizzetto - they do a great crust- so important to a pizza All of our spa experiences were excellent and relaxing. The entire staff at the Coffe Cafe were happy and thorough. By the third day they new what our favorite order was and made it with efficiency and high quality. One more to mention is Alberto with our luggage. He is professional and gives off positive energy. Overall, we had a great time and were treated as important parts of the Hard Rock while we were there. We enjoyed the resort and will def come back for a third time in the next couple years.

    Whales galore

    We had a fabulous stay at Hard Rock Cabo. As a member we had butlers, Dani and Raul. They went above and beyond to make our vacation the most enjoyable. The resort is beautiful. It’s not too big or too small. We were there in January and were able to whale watch from our balcony with binoculars! The beach is beautiful with some incredible rock formations about a mile down the beach from the resort. I definitely want to return sometime.

    Great Group Trip option

    Spent 12 days at the Hard Rock with a group of over 400 guests. The resort was amazing, food was great and the group service department was wonderful. Danny and Sal were my personal assistants and I was lucky to have them assigned to me. They were most helpful.

    Amazing service

    The resort was amazing, we loved it. It was perfect the butlers Danny Blood and Salvador were amazing butlers they made us feel at home and did an excellent job. The restaurants are all inclusive and amazing. Every last one. The resort has an amazing view and is very calming at night.

    Fabulous Trip!!

    Service was supreme!!!! We felt so cared for by Dani and Raul- they were so proactive and met every need. We saw Dani more because of shifts this week but they were both phenomenal! They responded immediately and went over and above to make sure that we had a fabulous and memorable trip!!!!!
