Playground Paradise
Activities include playing in the giant ball pit, crossing the crocodile river, gliding on the mini zip line, and sliding down various slides. This is in addition to the obstacle structure we’ve had in operation for several months, which consists of an elevated obstacle circuit at 12 feet (3.65 m) high with varying levels of difficulty.
To use the obstacle course, slides, and soft play area, parents must read, agree to, and sign the Vibe City liability waiver. No child may enter the areas without the supervision of a parent or guardian. Children can use both amenities as often as they like, always following the instructions of Vibe City staff. The soft play & slides area includes 8 obstacles, 6 slides, plus a toddler area for children aged 0 to 3 accompanied by their parents. The large obstacle course features 17 different obstacles, 3 exits, and 1 entrance, all within a safe environment of nets and soft platforms.
The maximum capacity is 10 for the toddler area (including parents and children), 15 participants for the soft play & slides, and 18 participants for the obstacle course at the same time, plus 2 staff members.

The Market at Hard Rock was amazing! Luis, Erika and Astriot were absolutely wonderful! They treated us so special and like we were family!! Love this place! We had a poolside view at breakfast and they brought a delicious chocolate dessert and a wonderful Malibu drink!

Relaxing
We had a wonderful time at the HR Riveria Maya. Food was amazing, love the new restaurants. Our butlers Gabriel and Naef were the best. They went above and beyond to make our experience the smooth and so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hard rock

Best servers !!
We went to Frida restaurant in the Hard Rock hotel and Victor Pedrero and Nico were exceptional. They had great customer service skills and were very attentive to our every need. They made sure our whole group was happy and satisfied with our meals. They did such a great job the first night that we went back a second night. Both the food and service was the best of the entire trip. Would definitely recommend.

Frida Restaurant and Servers.
We had an absolutely amazing time at Frida restaurant. Our server Octavio Pedrero and Nico they were well mannered, very informative about the menu. They made my party of 16 guest feel welcome and at home. Not only was the customer service top notch , but the food was the best. Had to make reservatios back to back. Thank you for your service Octavio and Nico!

If you have children it's a great resort with lots for them to do. But it's definitely not all inclusive so expect to be nickle and dimed along the way for anything for the kids. The good: - Amazing beach with calm, warm water - lots of snacks by the pool - kids playground area and trampoline park are good - Service is generally pretty good The not so good: - Food is ok but not great - multiple attractions not working. The two largest slides and lazer tag were down for the entire week and didn't appear to be getting worked on - resort credit doesn't apply to much and is misleading. It only applies to the larger bowling lanes but only a few dollars off. Doesn't apply to the mini lanes. Doesn't apply to the video game area or indoor rock climbing which are extra charges. It covers 65% at the spa but the spa prices are very high so it's still overpriced - Escape room is an interesting idea but is $40 USD per person which is very steep My suggestion is to either have a vibe city pass for a certain amount of money which is unlimited or provide each kids activity once for free. Also, clarity on resort credits would help a lot as multiple staff gave conflicting answers to what is and isn't included
