Overall the hotel is great for families with lots of activities for the children. However a few things need to improve for us to give 5 star and to return back. The worst was the sunbeds by the pool which was pretty much all reserved by 9am every morning. There are the ones for the legendary/upper class ones with butlers service but also other general guests leaving there personal stuffs and towels on the sunbeds (regardless of notices near the towel station and around the pool that they cannot be reserved) this basically ruin every morning, having to look for a sunbed! Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was good, with variety however the downside was that there was no selection of fruits at dinner time and limited at lunch. We have 2 children, 3.5 and 7 years old. Obviously my 3.5 yo wasn't allowed in the main kids club but the massive disadvantage is i couldn't even go with him in the main club. There is a section for 0 to 3 but not very equipped for 3.5 yo children (very much for babies). In other hotel we were able to go in the kids club with the under 4s and do the activities such as craft etc with them. They couldn't do the trampoline together either. The plus side was the mini bowling and the softplay. The splash park and waterpark is in a separate area and open at 11am which was late for us. At least they could have let people in to use the splash park at 10am and open only the water park at 11am. Room was quite small for a family of 4 with 2 double beds and a big tub in the room taking all the space. We were also given a connecting room so basically we heard the guests next door, their conversations, their loud alarm (which woke us up every morning at 6.30am!!). The shows in the evening were good, especially Queen tribute!

The waiter Tacuba was fantastic. He made sure we constantly had everything we needed, and checked up on us constantly. He made Ciao feel more like home, and provided my friends and I with a wonderful experience. He surprised us with all these drinks and created a fun environment during our meal.

Family of 6, had a great time
Family of 6 visited in May of this year. We had a family suite (6308/6310) which was decently setup. Mind you the kids room had double beds, we were really hoping for queens. The rooms are where we slept but didn't spend a ton of time in them. I think the only disappointment was the breakfast choices. Not many places were open except the buffet. Lunch places are limited as it looks like they want to push everyone to the poolside options. No one got sick! A big thanks to Hector on the entertainment team. Our 8 year old took to the activities like no other. He had a blast. We will always remember you.

So much to enjoy
The pools were always clean and warm. Moises and Paola were our butlers for week. They were always spot-on and willing to make our stay the best. Our favorite shows were Queen and the fire & water show. We love the restaurant Zen! We hope to be back soon! 🌞⛱️♥️

Great service from the start!
We are travelling there with family and friends and Johnatan Nava one of their Vacation Planners has been amazing! As a large group trying to arrange transportation and events it has been a bit complicated and Johnatan has been incredibly helpful, responsive and patient!
