Everyone was awesome, Alma at towel services, Obed at poolside beverage services, guy who took our bags from the very start. Drinks were great. Amazing property. Having beach party on last was great. Shoppes were amazing and great do close to airport :)

Great service weather and entertainment. This should be your next spot.
Alma at Towels was great, very warm and approachable along with all the service at Hard Rock Vallarta! The experience was great for a visit! Highly recommend and a safe quite place safe for children. Can't wait to come back to the area, for those about to Rock we salute you!

One of the best resorts I've been to!!!
The staff here were so friendly and very attentive. Someone was always there to make sure that we were taken care of. I've been to many all inclusive resorts and its definitely on the top of my list for food quality. Shout out to Alma at the towel desk for her great service, always asked us how we were doing making us feel welcome!

Best service good food, best staff, Reed was so fun and kind and great from the entertainment staff the pool was so nice and warm, the drinks are amazing, all the star made sure we had an amazing stay and that we were having the best time of our lives

Great experience! Pool service was excellent. Obed was very attentive and friendly. Evening events were lively. Massage was relaxing. Lots of beach availability! Overall a memorable experience for the ~900 group that attended the event!
