Receipts don’t make much difference here. I’ve shown up with a receipt for what I’ve paid for…Marriott corporate has called the property multiple times to confirm and this lance cannot get it right. And hey Sergio- either reach out to me to fix it or save the response. You’re awful and so is your hotel.

Very Good
I really enjoyed my stay, even tho I had issues with my room , the problem was taken care of quickly. The staff wasreally friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Keddisha Clarke for quickly helping me with my room issue and checked on me the next days. A thank you to my butlers Joy Ann and Sanoy who kept me up with the daily activities, making reservations and found me at poolside to see if i need anything. Had fun at the poolside with the vibeteam Sashell,Malish and Nickoy , hey taught us a new game and kept us laughing. The resort was clean for was good and the entertainment was entertaining, it was an over all good trip

I feel compelled to elaborate on my unfortunate experience at the Royalton Group's Blue Waters Montego Bay, as it is imperative that potential guests are made aware of the issues we encountered. The inadequacies began upon our arrival; not only was our room poorly prepared, but the absence of basic amenities such as a stocked bar and coffee service is simply unacceptable for an establishment that purports to offer a luxurious experience. Such oversight reflects a significant decline in standards compared to my previous stay at the Royalton Negril, which was exemplary in every regard. 5 Stars 🌟 Moreover, the behavior of certain staff members was markedly unprofessional. Their tendency to engage in disparaging remarks, assuming that we were oblivious to their comments, is indicative of a broader issue within the establishment. This lack of respect and courtesy is not only disheartening but also undermines the overall guest experience, which should be characterized by attentiveness and hospitality. Lastly, the dining experience at the main buffet restaurant was equally disappointing. The quality of food and service fell far below expectations, further solidifying my belief that Blue Waters Montego Bay does not deserve the reputation it seeks to uphold. I urge potential visitors to reconsider their options and to approach this establishment with caution. It is crucial that the management addresses these issues promptly to prevent further dissatisfaction among future guests.

Wouldn’t return to this resort.
Stayed here for 2 weeks November / December 2024. Rooms / suites, we never got what we booked with TUi and it was not resolved by management or the hotel rep whilst we were there for 2 weeks. Food The service was below par for a 5 star luxury resort. Delays some days up to 1hour 30 in the Taj Restaurant and then it arrived cold. Asked to use 1 set of cutlery for 2 courses in all 7 restaurants, we thought this was not acceptable. Food was luke warm and often cold. Buffet restaurant at most times was repetitive and again not hot as expected. Drinks, A big shortage of glasses we experienced in all bars and restaurants. Served wine with meals sometimes in plastic flutes, soft drinks often in plastic beakers. Shortage of tonic water every day so couldn’t have a G&T. Soft drinks were not chilled, room temp with an ice cube and often flat as they seeve from already opened bottles in the bars. Beach was meant to be private / adults only but there were kids and families on it every day. Same with the exclusive gratzie restaurant at breakfast and lunch there were kids and babies in high chairs. Beach beds most were dirty and some broken so we had to double wrap them with beach towels, hardly a 5 star luxury. The jaccuzi pool, pool hydros, lazy river, beach bar, beach foot wash shower were all out of order during our stay. Watersports centre were also closed. In all it was not an enjoyable resort as a lot of the facilities were closed and we had not been told this when booking or prior to departure, we would not return despite the beautiful beach location.
