Apr 24, 2025Birthday trip- upon arrival Front desk didn’t even ask if there was a specific reason for my trip
On a good note- very firm mattress and fluffy pillows-slept like a baby every night. Beautiful property-well maintained. Shout out and kudos to the buffet dining room staffs ,Milliner. Veronica and Allison. Upon arrival and for the first couple days those ladies took my concerns and turn them around making my dining room experience very pleasant one for the rest of my stay. Amazing beach with a gorgeous property. The full Vibe Team is amazing! The showtime shows were excellent. Now. I have to say the reason my experience is not ALL STARS was due to the front desk staff, especially upon check in on April 20th and on the night of April 23. With that been said my overall experience I give a 4 out of 5

Apr 24, 2025A Jamazzing Holiday!
My husband and I have recently returned from an 11 night stay at the Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters at the beginning of April 2025 from the UK. We always travel with open minds and believe that a holiday is what you make it, and overall we really enjoyed our time at this resort and would return! We were Diamond Club which give yous access to the Diamond Club check in and check out, the DC lounge with snacks and premium drinks, a top floor sea view room, your own designated area on the beach and in the main buffet restaurant, as well the Diamond Club beach bar and restaurant reservations in advance. Last but certainly not least, Diamond Club comes with Butler Service and we were blessed with Kamal (aka Mr Jamazzing!) as our Butler. From the moment we met to (quite literally!) the moment we left the resort, Kamal was outstanding! Friendly, attentive, helpful, accommodating and funny, he really added to our trip and we cannot thank him enough for all he did for us during our trip and for making us feel so welcome on our 2nd trip to Jamaica! The resort is clean, modern and well maintained. We've stayed at a Royalton property before so knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The rooms are modern, clean, tidy, well finished and furnished and have everything you need. They're on the smaller side in comparison to other similar hotels we've stayed in but this did not matter to us. The mini bar/fridge in our room was always well stocked for us and the room service food was good too! The AC works very well and the rooms were cleaned daily with a turn down service too. The pools, beaches, bars and bathrooms etc. were always clean and well maintained and the staff we saw worked hard every day to keep it this way. There are plenty of sunloungers by the pool (you may have to go down early if there's a specific spot you'd like to get) and there's plenty of space, especially on the beach. We enjoyed the food and drinks at this resort (especially the rum!). We tried a mixture of cocktails and restaurants during our stay as well as the buffet and we always enjoyed the food and drinks. The Jerk Hut on the beach is so good, we ate here every day and the chef's at the Jerk Hut are very friendly too! Our stand out restaurants were Grazie, Armadillo and Zen for the hibatchi experience and we loved the Jamaican food in the main buffet on Jamaica Day! We used the buffet quite a few times during our stay and were never disappointed, we particularly enjoyed the breakfasts there. There was often some Jamaican food in the main buffet but I'm sure if the hotel added more of this similar to how they do on Jamaica day that this would be well received. The Vibe Team really do bring the vibes to this resort and we loved both the daytime and evening entertainment - there's variety each day of the week and different options for both Hideway and Blue Waters which you can choose from. There was something most nights that we enjoyed and we found the daytime activities to be great and consistently enjoyed these, there's plenty to choose from such as; quizzes, aqua fit, jewellery making, tie dye on the beach, crazy games and a wine tasting experience. We loved the activities and music for Jamaica day to most! Please can we say a special mention and thank you to the following: Tyrone - always made the effort to come and say hello and chat with us everyday, plus he's such a talented dancer to watch perform! Marlish - loved her entertainment during the day and her energy! Dayne - for the game of dominoes on Jamaica day! Adrian and Bagga - for keeping us entertained with activities Keisha, Tracy Ann and Audriana at the main buffet for breakfast and dinners for their attentive service Sean, Tariq and Nadine for them tasty cocktails at and great service at the Hideaway pool bar As well as JodyAnn, Desmond and Wray who gave great service at the Hideaway hotel side and Dane at the Martini Bar!

Amazing Stay – Special Thanks to Adrian!
We had a fantastic stay at this resort and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property is beautiful, nice staff and offers all the amenities you could ask for. But what really made our trip memorable was the outstanding service. We’d especially like to give a big shoutout to Adrian, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. From the warm welcome to helpful recommendations and attentive service throughout our stay, Adrian truly made a difference. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. Highly recommend this resort – and if you get a chance to meet Adrian, you’re in great hands!

Butler service and Foam party magic
My Butler service was the best part of my trip!! My Butlers were Leo and Ryan they were Amazing. I stayed on the adult side; and all in all, the hotel was nice and clean, my view was amazing. I stayed in room 713. The hotel staff (housekeeper, bartenders, front desk and butlers) were attentive, friendly and treated me like I was important! The hotel also provided entertainment every day from morning to night which I really enjoyed, I especially enjoyed the foam party (my first foam party) Adrian (free style) was an excellent host during this event he got in the pool to dance with us to make sure we had a good experience and it truly was, thanks Mr. Free style (Adrian) kudos to you!!! I will be returning this summer to party again.

Overall the people here are very nice and cordial very helpful.
Kadija did an excellent job teaching and training. She has an excellent abs class that I really enjoyed. She is very detailed and knowledgeable. The resort is nice overall. The rooms need upgrades. The weather was excellent for my visit the breeze is so amazing and the sun 🌞 was quite pleasant.
