Jan 22, 2025A Daily Sales Pitch!
After staying in Royalton (Riviera Maya), we just knew this one would be comparable. I will never recommend this resort, nor will we return! Daily sales pitches after saying, NO. No representatives are friendly unless you are tipping. Although they claim to be an all-inclusive resort, everyone's looking for a cash tip. Representatives are trained to tell you restaurants are fully booked nightly. When you show up, it may have 4-5 couples with lots of open tables. Zen - great food but not worth suffering thru the horrible ventilation due to the chefs cooking on the grills. Food truck servers are rude! Jerk chicken hut was fresh and delicious. The lines were long when it opened but worth the wait. Cabana boy - Slow or didn't show-up. What a joke! LeMarche' - food was mediocre. This was your option when they tell you the restaurants are completely booked (ha-ha). Nightly shows - really good and worth staying up. Sports bar - drinks, wings and fish was great. Order extra because you only get about 3-4 pieces per basket. No alcohol or snacks in the rooms, just soda, water and a couple of beers unless you are a member of the Diamond Club. On the beach: 1. Watch out for Michael Tours. He rips you off with a ride in a canoe that barely moves. 2. Book with Little Reefer Watersports. great deals and worth the 2-story boat. Love the trip to Lobster Island (lobster, fish and jerk chicken).

Jan 22, 2025AWFUL FRONT DESK/ AVOID THIS RESORT!!
DON NOT BOOK HERE! Everyone in our group of four had to move rooms. First, because rooms were not ready then, because the room flooded from the shower above. THE FRONT DESK STAFF LIES AND WILL TRY TO PUT YOU OFF. You will be told to pack and they will move you. DONT DO IT!!! If you do you will be without a room. Move ONLY when they give you a new room. The older petite front desk manager is especially deceitful and condescending. There are no records kept of previous conversations. Front desk staff all will not help. DEMAND A MANAGER.

Beautiful spot. Amazing food. And great service. Violet at the Hideaway lobby bar is amazing. Kelish in Armadillo is so attentive and kind. The management staff is hard working and kind. They go out of their way to make things work and make their guests happy. This is our second visit here and we will definitely return.

Great experience
The energy here is unmatched. The vibe team and the music is awesome. The water aerobics classes with fitness instructors Alpha, jovie and Garrison has been one of the best I have done. Shout out to the fitness and vibe team. Baby dragon and the others

Boot camp classes with Alpha were hard work and fun
We attended numerous boot camp classes which were fab. Alpha is s great instructor & gives various options of each exercise in all classes. He always mixes it up, makes it fun and hard work. Alpha is always motivated & smiling. Thoroughly enjoyed his classes. Alpha was a great instructor.
