Our experience was wonderful only due to a few of your staff. They are excellent. Please ask for them!! Adelaide, a new hire of two days, in the SPA with the Royalton she found us our second angel, Mauricio, a Prime members booker, they began what turned into our paradise We became Prime members due to Mauricio’s introduction to Paulo also in Prime services. Thank you both And now to Jocelyn, our butler! She was so attentive and all we needed was beautifully and promptly attended to to!!! Thank you dear Jocelyn. Susy

Royalton Riviera Signature Resort
We had a wonderful time on a 7 night vacation at Royalton Riviera. The food was excellent, and the drinks and service were great. We loved the variety of all the restaurants, bars and the drinks! The entertainment was excellent in the evenings. And the weather couldn’t be any more perfect. Dave was our waiter at the Agave and Armadillo and he was fantastic! We would definitely come back to this resort!

My stay and experience at the royalton riviera hotel cancun
I came to cancun in February and stayed at the royalton riviera hotel and I’ve got to say that is the best looking hotel that I’ve ever seen and I would definitely stay here again. I’ve tried all the restaurants and eateries that the hotel has on site the food from each of them is excellent. I also go to the gym regularly at home and I wasn’t expecting much from the gym when I arrived as most of the hotel gyms I’ve used before have not had the best equipment or much space but this is not the case with the royalton hotel gym. I was very impressed with the range of the high quality equipment and the help from the royalton fit team was also excellent.

2 week stay honest review
We are at the end of our 2 week stay at Royalton Cancun. Before we left I read some bad reviews but decided to give it a go. We have found that this is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, the food choices are excellent in quality and taste. We ate primarily in the ala carte restaurants but did go to buffet once or twice. The service is top notch and the newly renovated room was ideal for my wife and I Whenever we come back to Cancun we will only stay here. Thank you Royalton
