Mar 19, 2025Great Place, Great Rate
This little resort was just perfect for our stay. We stayed in a roomy 2 bedroom villa on the hillside. We were on an upper floor and had an ocean view. It was a short walk to the pool, beach and restaurant. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. It was a great location in the middle part of the island so anywhere we went was not to far of a drive. The resort also has complimentary kayaks and paddleboards for guests to use.

Best Vacation Ever!!
This family friendly resort had everything we needed. Great location, near Georgetown. Marvin the shuttle driver went above and beyond to get us where we needed to be and guided us in planning our days to the fullest! He truly is an asset to this resort!!! We made new friends at this resort and are already planning our next getaway at Hideaways!!

A nice, comfortable stay!
We are just leaving after a lovely week at Hideaway’s. We stayed in #14 beachside ocean view. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Splash was nice for breakfast. Guest services was helpful arranging a massage, and a a car rental. If you need anything during your stay go find Marvin! He’s the man! So friendly, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I can’t say enough positive things about him! We took advantage of the easy shuttle service that comes with Hideaways. Between that and the water taxi you don’t really need a car, but it’s a nice to have to see the whole island including little Exuma. Hideaway’s is a great accommodation with a beautiful beach and nice snorkeling right out front.

The staff is great. The rooms are huge and clean. It’s like little private villas. Room 21 has two bathrooms, one king bed. Fully stocked kitchen. I would say this room is almost 500 sq feet. The private beach is great. Never too crowded. Pool and grounds are very good. The Splash bar is ok. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to use. The short asst. manager lady at the front desk is very pleasant and helpful. 5 minutes and $10 taxi ride to Georgetown. I would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and cultured.
The atmosphere of the entire resort was wonderful. The staff are amazingly friendly and polite. Everyone is super welcoming. Helpful and friendly all around. The kitty cats were cute. They were very helpful with cabs and places to go. Love it and can’t wait to come back next year.
