    Wesner had great customer service! He was prompt with good food and fast service! Very well mannered! Thank you! Wasn’t pushy prompt with service and making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of on our vacation!!! Good good good service!!!

    Snowbird Getaway

    Hotel stay was pleasing and enjoyable. King Luxury with balcony view of ocean was immaculate! Service was upbeat and courteous. Bartender Victor and Food Server Adriana provided excellent and professional service. Will definitely return!

    Hilton cabana

    Place was great. Staff is awesome. Wesner on the beach was amazing! So attentive and made us feel like we were the only ones on the beach. Thank you so much! Top notch service. Great food. Definitely get the epanadas! Just like mom used to make.

    Great People! Great location!

    The highlights of this property most certainly are its staff. The team including Devin at the front desk, Jorge the bellman and Adriana at the restaurant were EXCEPTIONAL! They went above and beyond to create a positive experience. The property itself is 5/10. It’s dated and the little touches like cleanliness and brightness of the rooms are missing and underwhelming. The location is perfect and easy access to the beach make it appealing.

    Pool for the day

    Did a day pass for the pool and beach ...great food and friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and good drinks. Our cabana server was Weshes he was super attentive and quick with food towels and drinks. We will come back and stay for a week next year. Great location in Miami.

    -Use of Fitness Center
    -10% off Dinner at the Hotel’s restaurant
    -Local phone calls
    -Two (2) in room bottled waters replenished daily.
