    Felt safe

    The pool was great and very close to the beach but the best was Pierre was the man helping us get back to our rooms after a long night out partying hard. He made sure all people in my party were safe and sound. And did that every night for out time there at the hotel

    Overall experience

    Security was so kind to us, letting us stay at the pool over night and taking care of us. Pierre was amazing, watching over us and making sure we didn’t need anything else or any help at all. Security team is amazing, 10/10 experience, love the Hilton.

    Amazing customer service! Especially Mayla!!

    Unbelievable customer service. Mayla was amazing and gave us the best vacation!! Thank you Mayla!!! Hotel was so family friendly too! I love that they have pool toys and cute sunglasses for the kids! That was incredible thank you!! Chairs at the beach were super comfy too!

    Great place

    Very clean! Great service, food and drinks were very good service to the beach is fantastic with umbrella,towel, food& drink service its very enjoyable. Beach is clean and poolside is clean. No complaints whatsoever from me and my wife!!!

    Miami welcomes you!

    Excellent customer service, super clean rooms, wonderful experience from beginning to end! Amazing opportunities with amenities, walkable to local restaurants, playgrounds, trolley/bus stops from morning to night. Friendly staff is always a plus!

    -Use of Fitness Center
    -10% off Dinner at the Hotel’s restaurant
    -Local phone calls
    -Two (2) in room bottled waters replenished daily.
