Great beach service
Great service at the beach provided by Wesner. He is friendly, helpful and attentive. Beautiful weather and lovely beach location. My sons loved their burger and fries and my margarita was delicious. Nice location and wasn’t crowded at all.

Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Nice and clean hotel. Easy access to the beach and two pools. Boardwalk right outside of the hotel on the way to the beach. Front desk staff was helpful. Very helpful and quick valet parking service. Room was very small with a king bed, not enough storage space. Bathroom was spacious enough. Restaurant food was not very good quality and very overpriced. No complimentary coffee in the lobby.

VERY RUDE STAFF - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
We arrived at the hotel after a very long journey, to be met by 2 members of staff outside, who couldn’t understand a word of English. We hired an electric car which we needed to charge on arrival - after asking 4 members of staff, we were told they don’t have a car charger (states online there is a charger at the hotel!) The lady on reception checking us in, couldn’t have been more rude and abrupt if she tried. Talk about making us feel unwelcome! Not the approach we were hoping for when we were excited to be there! The next morning we hired bikes - another fiasco! We had to download an app, which was not straight forward and we are not stupid when it comes to technology. There was a member of staff nearby, who just sat there watching us struggle. When I asked him to help us, he looked at me like I had 2 heads. Someone else finally came to help, by which time we had figured it out ourselves. Beautiful bike ride with absolutely stunning views along the beach! However, upon our return, we were met by a guy working right by the bikes, who, when my husband politely asked if we needed to do anything further on the app to end the bike ride, made a rude hand signal to him. My husband was only making sure, as we didn’t want to incur a huge charge from the Hilton! The staff here really do need to, at the very least, learn some manners. Better still, send them on a customer service course or replace them with staff who: 1. Want to be working at the hotel 2. Are friendly and approachable 3. Smile Note to the manager - your staff REALLY are letting you down, could have been a 5 star experience if it wasn’t for their rudeness. Your front of house staff are the guests first impression and our first impression was extremely disappointing. Would not stay here again - we love the Hilton but definitely not this one!!!!!!

Beach Cabana
Alfredo and Donovan were extremely helpful, prompt and easy to talk with. They handled all of my anticipated concerns and needs to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommended them for cabana service. Very professional crew. Thank you!!

Horrible front desk service. Horrible experience.
Horrible experience, worst Hilton hotel I have visited. Front desk hate their job. Super rude honestly never seen this from Hilton. The rooms were also dirty and I booked ocean view and they gave me pool view. They said it’s sold out. Which is not my problem. I will never come visit this place or recommend it.
