Our four year old twins have not been keen to go to any Kids Club on previous holidays. This has never really been a problem as spending quality time as a family is one of our main holiday aims (although a little time to ourselves would also be great). However, all this was about to change. We took them once and stayed near by. From that point they actively pestered us to go. A day on this holiday wasn’t complete without at least an hour at Kids Club! Kids Corner is a very spacious area with a small soft play, separate Film/Karaoke room, outside play park and the main activity room. It is also very safe and secure with the children visible (for parents) from the reception area but unable to leave the secure area without staff/adults. Kids Corner also has use of the hotels other facilities like the Amphitheatre for the kids party and La Luce Restaurant for pizza making. Our children loved an array of creative activities in their 12 days at Kids Corner. These included making Tye dye T- shirts, painting on easels, making mini pottery jewellery pots and bracelets, cooking pizzas at La Luce, karaoke night, film night and a party night in the auditorium. They also enjoyed a picnic on the beach. They loved it when the staff painted their faces or plaited their hair too! The staff at Kids Corner were amazing and our girls loved them. They were always happy to see the girls, full of energy and enthusiastic. We felt so confident in their abilities and their commitment to our children. We would like to thank Angy, Paty, Nath, Arge, Dani, Rubi, Ale and Dixie for their patience, commitment and dedication. They gave us peace of mind and allowed us time to relax whilst our girls were having a ball!

Marlene Joel at the smoothie bar was really amazing and patient with kids who really took his time, even though there was a line but he took care of every customer equally and smoothies were amazing and perfect every single day for seven days. I really appreciate the time and effort that he put and I thank him and his family. Thank you.

Amazing service at La Luce!
Amazing service every where we went!! Our dinner at La Luce was fantastic! Service by Guadalupe, Ricardo and chef Aurelio was tremendous! Thank you for making our dinner and family vacation so special and memorable! Would come back!!!!!!

What an amazing vacation
My family and I came on to this resort for a vacation. We really enjoyed our time. The staff were absolutely fantastic and the food here is delicious!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering one. The only thing I would want to “warn” you is that this is not a party resort. It’s one where you could relax.

My husband and I stayed at Hilton cancun all inclusive Jan 9th to the 16th, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, the resort and beach is beautiful. Restaurants are great. Highly recommend checking out Isla mujeres while you’re there. A gentleman at the pool helped us get tickets to see the island, and the thing I appreciated most is that he wasn’t pushy at all like you typically see at resorts. He made great recommendations to us and we ended up having an absolute blast. The kids pool is where it’s at!! Lastly, I have to say, Pedro was definitely the highlight of the trip. Thanks Hilton!
