  Chiefs vs DruaTour

  Elenoa from the Front Desk was amazing. She went far and beyond hospitality. And the busboys were excellent. Meet and greet was top-notch. Highly recommend a two-week stay at the Hilton. 5-star ratings. Well done Hilton. Highly recommend.

  Interesting few days

  Booked via flight centre Te waka airport transfers awesome can't fault them car on the way from airport, coach on the return Get the bulla bus to the Marina for a bit of shopping but stay away from the information kiosk if wanting to book a boat ride to another island they con you into a open day at the Wyndham hotel for 90 minutes for a $600+ discount on a tour where they try to sign you up for a time share they charge you 20$ for this we knew the scam but many didn't just Google and you will see.. See attached photo of kiosk to avoid at all costs!!!!! Hilton hotel... Cons Keep your sliding door shut when air con on or you will end up with a very damp room Bats, lizards, frogs and annoying birds are everywhere Cant sit on the beach or swim lots of rubbish on the beach Expensive to purchase things like food and sunscreen but does end up cheap once converted Rooms a bit dated but you only sleep in them never in them for long Restaurant food limited and repeated gets boring Internet in rooms close to adults area is terrible but rooms in that area are a great location There was a young woman lifting her legs and sitting with legs open in the family pool area so be mindful of people with kids and maybe move to the adult area There was also a man with hand movements under a towel with his phone filming women at the pool didn't have a chance to call him out on it as he disappeared once we turned to watch him to see if he was actually doing what it appeared to be People filming and zooming in on skimpy bikinis... Head to the adult area its quieter Pros Staff are absolutely amazing, kind and welcoming Cleaning staff leave flowers in your room and leave personal touches such as your necklaces in heart shapes, sunhats arranged nicely Weather is so so hot so wear sun screen even when raining Pools are fun and so many to choose from Restaurants both have different vibes Staff will pick you up on their buggies and take you to places rather than walk Pick up on leave day and drop you to reception at any time of day or night Sign up to the Hilton rewards for discounts Pool side service is great Staff did I mention the staff... Absolutley the most friendliest people I have ever met Fiji gold beer is the best and a long neck is a big bottle not a big glass Sun sets, shell hunting and crab hunting at night We had fun took a couple of days to actually relax and chill out but once we did... It was bliss

  Great staff and nice position

  We have just arrived back from staying for 5 nights and couldn’t fault the staff they’re all very welcoming and obliging. The whole resort could do with a little tlc but our room was great for us but the internet was no good. The house keeping staff done an excellent job and was great to deal with. The restaurants were good but not great we preferred Koro the adults only restaurant . The staff were awesome and it had a more relaxed feel and the face cloths they give you are magic with a nice mint scent but the menu was very limited. Overall I would say 7/10 only because of the awesome staff.

  One of the best places on earth. Fresh coconut , world class bula smile from all employee. Compliments to excutive chief for nice balance, healthy menu. Prefect Location of hotel, huge rooms,clear water ,white sand. Hilton honors members are plus.

  Relaxing stay

  We spent three nights at the Hilton at the end of our Fiji holiday. We received a very warm welcome and were able to check in straight away even though we arrived in the morning. The resort is very large but the little bus was very handy. Staff were always friendly and willing to offer a lift if driving by. Food was a little expensive but all enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed our meal at Maravu. Our room comfortable. Unfortunately our phones and TV's didn't work in our room and wasn't looked at despite advising staff. Was a bit disappointing to not have WiFi available in the rooms. Overall we did enjoy our stay at the Hilton.
