March 2025 trip
The Hotel was great right across the street from the beach. Rochelle checked us in and kept checking in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The size of the room was impressive 2 bathrooms kitchen and a walk-in closet came in handy. The room was very clean. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful from the front desk, valet , beach and pool attendants. I would definitely stay here again

Great coffee and view
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was the amazing coffee bar located right at the bottom of the elevator—perfect for grabbing a great cup of coffee first thing in the morning. The drinks were delicious, and the staff was friendly and quick. On top of that, the views from our room were beautiful—whether during the day or at night, you could really take in the scenery. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming.

Phenomenal Server and food
Gulliana at the Ilios restaurant was the friendliest and most attentive server! We will definitely be back for a 3rd time to see her. The food was also very delicious. My husband had the lobster benedict and raved about the portion size. Very generous. I had an omelette which I took half back to the room because the portion sizes are quite large. Must try breakfast place.

Good location but dissappointing "Resort"
We visited in March just at the beginning of spring break. The location is great, further up the beach so not too close to the spring break chaos and close walking distance to many restaurants and the intra-coastal. For a "resort" disappointed. The fee includes wifi, 2 waters a day, beach chairs etc. The basic room is not large and hallways can be noisy at night, even tho we were at end of the hallway. Towels and bedding had visible stains, clean but clearly stained, take them out of service. Water bottles were in our room at check in but nothing the next day. Asked at reception and was told they would get them to our room. Back later in evening, nothing and never received any more water bottles for remaining 3 days. We bought our own, not a huge deal but with the "resort" fee and asking at reception, disappointed. Chairs at the pool can be hard to come by later in the day. The one day we went to the beach after lunch, no chairs or umbrellas available, put on waiting list. Again disappointed a "resort" doesn't have enough supply for guests.
