Dec 21, 2024One of the best hotels in Ft. Lauderdale. Wonderful experience every time.
My husband and I own a unit there and we frequent the hotel every 6 weeks. The staff from the valet, bellmen, receptionists etc. are always so friendly. Luis the pool captain is top notch. I lost my diamond from my ring and told him about it and he said he was on a mission to find it. Low and behold two months later he called me to say he found it. He mailed it to me and it was in fact my diamond. Not many people would have done that. He could have sold it and I would never have know but instead he returned it to me. He always goes above and beyond his duties while we are there. In addition the staff and bartenders at Ilios are wonderful and always so friendly. We can never wait until we go back.

The kids play room was awesome Cindy -Ann made the kids feel so comfortable that they wanted to go everyday. The 2 year old normally don't speak to anyone other than her family I was just so impressed with the way she played with Cindy-Ann THANK YOU.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service, attention, location from the staff at Hilton and special thanks to Mrs Cindy-Ann in the childrens play area she is great with childrens and has a lot of activities for kid entertainment. Iwould definitely return on my next vacation.

Sean the front desk manager
Sean the front desk manager was so incredibly helpful. We had so many travel delays and issues beyond our control and because of Sean’s hospitality and helpfulness it was a breath of fresh air to finally arrive at the hotel and be helped by someone of the professional caliber as Sean. Anyone who has ever ever experienced travel obstacles can imagine how much of a relief it is to have a final destination treat you so well. Sean and his staff were like shelter amidst a storm.

Great Hotel, Great staff!!!!
Our entire experience was fantastic!! The resort was clean with many options for food and snacks, The pool and views were beautiful. The beach is just across the street with chairs if needed. It’s a nice place to walk or ride a bike, lots of places for dinner or lunch and there is a cvs down the road in case you have to pick up a few small things. Most importantly regardless of how nice a hotel/resort is what makes it a great experience is the staff and they didn’t disappoint, They were all very kind and helpful, there was no snobbiness, they were always smiling and that’s why I would give more stars if I could. Just a wonderful place with wonderful people. If there is a question if you should stay here or not I’ll help you answer it Stay, you won’t be disappointed!!!
