Not the best experience in the room. The smell was bad most of the time coming from the shower. The view was fine. There is a huge need for better quality of food. However, the waiters at poolside and the beach were all amazing! Congrats to Wenceslao, Luis, Rafael and Daniel. Their service at the beach and pool was the best ever. Also enjoyed the Sushi bar.

I enjoyed my stay at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta. Rafael and Daniel were very helpful and efficient. Very clean hotel. It is quiet at night. The maids do a good job at cleaning. The bed is comfy. The entertainment is awesome. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice facilities and gym 🤩
Nice facilities and gym, thanks to Fernando the Best coach of the gym. And also the Best food ever. But a little bit sad because Fernando told me to use shirt inside of the gym hahaha a good partner. In spanish el hotel es muy bueno, muy barato y muy accesible, el buffet deliciosos y la atención muy buena en especial la del coach Fernando

Good Hotel. Good food. Excellent staff!
Good Hotel! Great Staff. Excellent location! We stayed here for 3 days. Ok Hotel with upgrades needed but all forgotten with the excellent service from staff. Rooms are good but AC didn’t work as good. Restaurants were great. Must try the Mexican restaurant in the resort. Delicious. Dominique in concierge service made our stay very pleasant. He took care of us and treated us as VIP. Elvira at the restaurant was amazing. And Fernando at the gym was great. These staff make the hotel great. Thank you!

The resort is not a 5 star in my opinion. It would struggle to be a 2. The room needed a lot of attention. The air conditioner or fridge were not working when we arrived. After 2 days, 2 calls and 2 attempts, they fixed both Items. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet did not work properly unless you held the handle up. The sink did not completely drain for an hour and we were very fortunate if we got 2 hot showers in the week. Overall the cleanliness of the room was dreadful. The lamp shade was coated in dust and dirt. I wrote wash me in the dust on the wall and you needed to brush off your feet before you got in bed or your bed was full of dirt. The chair in the room was falling apart and the pillows were no longer functional ( I used a towel for my neck) The resort had 4 restaurants. French, Fomagio, Steakhouse and Mexican. All restaurants had basically the same menu, just different toppings on the meat and a spoonful of runny potatoes and 2 wedges of carrots was your dinner. The vegetarian menu was not available all week and the steakhouse had no steak. Despite the above we all had a great time. Thought you should know for future bookings
