Great resort. The room was a bit dated and there was a small issue with towel service but the food and drinks were great, a la carte restaurants were uniquely distinctive with great food, staff were attentive and friendly, pool area and gym were great, and beach was beautiful. Really liked the fact the beach and ocean were clearly visible from the two main pool areas. Created the best of both worlds for people like us who like to see and hear the ocean but spend most time around the pool. Drink service around the pool was second to none, and the entertainment team was fantastic, led by Antonio!

Excellent resort with heated pool!!
Excellent smaller resort. Pool was heated - first time for that for us. Really good entertainment. Buffet was small so not a lot of choices but the a la cartes were good. The pool on top of the resort was a nice addition but a popular spot so was always full.

We enjoyed this resort. The facility is a little tired but we didn’t come to look at lampshades. The staff, the service, the food and the location exceeded expectations. We had an issue with our room initially; Daniel at the front desk helped us resolve it. All the staff were helpful and fun to be around. We felt like guests in a friend’s home and our hosts went the extra mile to see that we had a nice time. The buffet offerings were consistently good and changed daily. We went to 3 a la cartes and enjoyed them all. We watched the whales in the bay from our balcony, walked along the beach and hung out by the pools. We came for RnR and some good times with our friends and that’s exactly what we got. We would come back again.

Jonny y Fernanado y Fernanada y Karen were amazing and the activities were wonderful. I loved the foam party and and I loved the volleyball both on the beach and in the pool. The food was amazing and I loved the cooking class and all the activities were great and the activity team was great!

There were high points and low points. The buffet staff made it pleasurable.
Good and not so good. The buffet has been great and the staff at buffet phenomenal. I love them all. I can’t remember most of names but Luis always made sure mom had Bailey’s in her coffee at breakfast. I can’t rave enough about these attentive cheerful people. The room was really nice, unfortunately the daily cleaning not so great. The floor was always dirty, even directly after room was cleaned. Often I had to ask for towels as well as water delivery in minibar. Nexus staff who arranged excursions did not disappoint and were a pleasure to deal with. Overall it was good for a mediocre resort.
