    A HIDDEN GEM!

    From the outside, the Holiday Inn La Isla looks like any other boxy Holiday Inn. Once inside, you KNOW this Holiday Inn is NOT the same as others!!! The lobby is welcoming and functional. From the welcome to the good-bye, we were treated like royalty! The service was impeccable!!! EVERYONE did EVERYTHING possible to make our one night stay comfortable, enjoyable and fun. The room was spacious and had everything we could ask for. The towels were plush and toiletries a-plenty. The pool area surprised us, as well. Altho' the pool was not large, the area was like that of a resort. There were beautiful chairs, lounges and outdoor couches with umbrellas, as well as plush, soft, big towels. A full functioning bar area was out of the sun and looked most inviting. Because we were at the pool during check in time, it took the guests a while to engage a bar tender to make them drinks. We were thrilled to just cross the street for dinner, for some of the very BEST tacos al pastor!!! We ate the buffet breakfast at the attached restaurant. It was convenient and packed, with a 3 piece Mexican band, performing thru our meal. The ambiance was great! When it was time to check out, the front desk helped us secure a reliable and fairly priced car to our next destination. This is definitely a hidden gem on the main road.....don't pass it by!!! .

    At this moment everything was Ok

    I made a reservation combo at this hotel with the airline. This place is clean, also good service, staff very friendly, good room service and fast. The only thing is the hotel location, that is far walking to nearest mall in town

    Great Option For Business

    This hotel is totally new. It has a very good restaurant with fast service. The hotel is located very close from La Isla, Forum Mundo Imperial, the airport and the road to Chilpancingo and Mexico City. Many restaurants around.

    Excellent food

    Excellent variety of food in their menu ,the breakfast are the best , so helpful people in the staff. The rooms are capacious and the only thing that I would improve is the gym. Probably more machines or bars/dumbbells, etc.

    Great hotel, but location is so so

    The hotel is great, clean, new and well taken care of. Check in was quick and efficient. The only disadvantage is it's location. It isn't bad, just nothing interesting except a busy high way. You will need a car or taxi for a good place to eat
