Wonderful stay even with the power outage on the island!
We arrived after midnight on the day the power went out, unclear how things would be. The hotel generator was working, they accommodated us swiftly, and the entire stay was lovely, including breakfast early, then the pool after. Conveniently located and very helpful service!

Great stay!
This hotel was clean and convenient. My children loved staying here. Close walk to everything and great pool. Excellent customer service.

First time in PR
The room was gross. The floors were sticky. There was food leftover in the fridge from a prior guest which stunk up the room for hours. Everything smelt like mold and mildew and damp. The shower is impossible to turn on without getting soaked with ice cold water - bathroom configuration is atrocious. There was mold on the bottoms of the sliding bathroom door. Mold in the shower.

Desperately needs Renovating....
Hotel desperately needs renovating! Smells like mold and it shows in the ceilings and some walls. The hallway carpet needs to be cleaned, vacuum or removed. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Location is great and we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants nearby and the water. Uber was our mode of transportation with no problem. Not far from the Cruise Port. I do not recommend until renovations are complete.

Holiday stay at Condado beach
The holiday inn was perfect! It was a walk away from the beach , they have a great beach club area for the hotel right by condado beach . Free continental breakfast each day and an amazing cloud of a bed to jump into after an eventful day! I would honestly come back again, the staff was so helpful and nice! The cleaning ladies were so nice and always super friendly when we needed something. Pricing was great for all they offered along with pool area and a small convenient store inside for basics and snacks. Had an amazing time and we shall be back !
