    Crooks, terrible policies.

    Bad experience. Deplorable. Don't spend your money with these jerks. Facilities worse than an Express. Inconsistent with their policies. 1st holiday inn of many that I have visited, which come out with a bunch of nonsense, the hotel is also horrible.

    Excellent service and food at the restaurant

    I went to a graduation and the service has totally improved and we decided to go to the Guerrero buffet today, Sunday, August 6. Excellent service, food with a homemade flavor, congratulations to the chef who surprisingly came to our table to see how we thought of the service. The attention of the waiters is excellent. I highly recommend Hotel Holiday Inn resort Acapulco

    Totally recommended.

    I have been to this hotel on multiple occasions and I must highlight that their service has improved significantly compared to other years. On my last visit I went to a graduation and I was pleased with the food and the attention of Ms. Marisela. The next day I decided to go again to the restaurant where they had a vast Buffet and I was wonderfully served by Ms. Laureana, who was very kind and attentive from the beginning, I thought it was excellent to see that high-ranking people approached the diners to ask if we were being well served. I was able to meet Mr. Abel and Chef Roberto who are tireless and involved in the service. The good experience received lately has allowed me to return repeatedly and the service is getting better and better. I hope it doesn't decline in the future. Congratulations!

    Pésimo servicio , cuidado con el Valet

    Hicimos una reservación por IHG Al llegar el hotel con obras en la entrada En recepcion nos dijeron que no había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones Lo peor el Valet Que te hace un listado de no responsabilidades que genera total desconfianza Al encargarle un equipo de golf , no se hicieron responsables argumentando que mejor llevara yo personalmente mi vehiculo a dos cuadras donde se encontraba el estacionamiento Pésimo servicio , decidimos cancelar la reserva y pago en ese momento .

    La realidad...

    Cobran un cuota extra por supuesta vista al mar... y es parcial TODAS LAS HABItACIONES, ofrecen algunas apps el desayuno y a la hora de la llegada es mentira... el buffete 389 pesos por persona (carísimo)... les falta un tendedero como hotes hoteles de su categoría (extensible en el baño) pero para dos días o tres me volvería a quedar buena ubicación, cómodo, el estacionamineto tardan 20 minutos en traer el carro porque está a tres cuadras tomen precauciones... los botones que son los mismos que traen los carros muy atentos
