Poor customer service
My mother stayed here for a church conference. My mother got sick and the 24 hours doctor was called to check my mother. The fee was 1,500 but at the end charged 2000 without receipt. A red walled was lost during the visit and never found. Doctor brought a few bags which all bags were put it on the bed. We are still going through the pandemic how is that he used the bed for his bags? Elderly women were in the room. A complain was done but the manager was in another world. How is that people with poor customer service skills are Infront?places like a well known hotel should have professionals who know how to manage peoples needs. Thank you

Amazing service !
Outstanding service from the moment you come in Ms. Larla gave us outstanding service during check in. As we continued our day we had Francisco at the Pool Bar taking care of us, even providing some aid for my injured knee ! Way to go Holiday Inn resort you are doing an amazing job!

Bad Dinner Buffet, Smoking condition bad.
My wife and I was staying there for 1 night on a romantic vacation. We prepaid a dinner buffet for 33 dollars but unfortunately that Buffet was with very limited choice of food and the food had dried out. We also prepaid a breakfast buffet for 33 dollars which was actually a wonderful breakfast buffet. We had a room that was very noisy at night because some aircondition motor was running and made a lot of noise. We asked them to fix it in the middle of the night but they couldn't and we had to change room. We had another room that had a lot of car noise in the morning and I think this is something that can't be avoided with this hotel. So expect some car noise from the street. I am a smoker and this hotel is a complete non smoking hotel.. Well except for the entrance where you are allowed to smoke but where people enter the hotel and that is kind of a strange solution. Because this hotel had lots of outdoor room, an outdoor bar and could easily have made space there for smokers that could smoke without disturbing any other people but the hotel prefer to keep smokers outside at the entrance, so these smokers could disturb all entering the hotel. That is a very stupid solution. If the hotel really dont want smokers then ban it fully, all over, or at least place it inside at a place where smokers won't disturb others and there is rich opportunity for the hotel to do that. I will say that staff at the hotel was very helpful and very nice people and the hotel could have potential for something much nicer if they changed just a few things.

Worst beds ever
I feel like I have scoliosis after sleeping on the beds for 3 days. The tv is so outdated that my fire stick didn’t even work on it. When I ordered coffee, I was welcomed to a fly resting on the tray it was served in. I’m pretty sure there was black mold under the sink. They claim that they offer a safe but we had no safe in our room. The area it’s in is pretty convenient I guess but if you honestly want to have the worst sleeping experience, go ahead and book this hotel.

Discriminated Against
Discriminated against and supervisor response was stupid and didn't make since. However, I later recieved letter and fruits from the General Manger Alberto Sosa apologizing. I was nice of him however it completely contradicted what the supervisor said to me. I made sure to take pictures of my issues and recorded the supervisor response. I have since tried to reach out to the GM and of course he is too busy to handle this which clearly shows he doesn't care because the letter was a general letter and didn't state anything regarding my situation specifically.
