Amazing Hotel and Location
My husband and I came to Grand Cayman in Jan 2025 and stayed at Holiday Inn Resort. We stayed 6 days and feel in love. We are back now (Feb 2025) for 10 days as he is doing stem cell treatments with Regenexx Cayman and we are already sad to be leaving. This hotel is just a short drive from Georgetown and 7 Mile Beaches. We rented a car for both stays, so we were able to explore and enjoy the Island. This hotel is clean, the beds are very comfortable. For our 1st stay we were on the 3rd floor in a stand room which included a mini fridge, microwave, and balcony along with a spacious bathroom. The restaurant onsite services delicious food and drinks. We had breakfast included, there are many options to choose from for Breakfast. The menu is great. Live music about 3-4 evenings a week which is fantastic. The pool area always has chairs, umbrellas typically and some chairs on the small beach area. Enjoy the hammocks as you watch the sunrise or read a book. There are kayaks as well and a tour desk with some water tours you can also book. The gardens and landscaping so beautiful. There are some lounge chairs and sofas throughout the garden area which adds a perfect vibe for relaxing. Located very close to gold course, which offers a nice walk as well if you are someone who enjoys a morning walk or jog. Pickleball courts as well. There is a small gym with a treadmill and a few machines. No free weights though. Laundry as well on site. The staff - AMAZING!!!! Gabby, Julio, Colin, Aida at the restaurant - hands down incredible. The service, the conversation, the care making sure everything is great. They are fantastic. The front desk staff, I cannot recall their names but also friendly and are sure to answer any questions and make sure things are going well for you. Holiday Inn - Thank you!! We look forward to being back.

Great restaurant
The waiter's Julio and Gabriela were amazing. They have the ability to cover the whole restaurant during the busy breakfast crowd. They are friendly and efficient. Our meals were delicious. We've never stayed at a hotel with such a great restaurant.

Antonette’s 60th
Great location and beautiful views from every room. The bed was noisy just trying to get into it & housekeeping forgot to take our trash. All staff was friendly and helpful. Julio & Gabriela were the best at the restaurant. Always very attentive and friendly.

Return visit
Another truly enjoyable ten day stay at this lovely hotel. Ate delicious dinners every evening in the Driftwood restaurant - always looked forward to that after our daily walks to Seven Mile beach and back. All staff in the hotel are professional, knowledgeable and above all helpful and friendly. We were happy to see the chess board remained in the same location in the bar…and thank you Colin for your amazing memory of our drinks’ order!!

Solo birthday trio
I have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns. This is by far the best experience and treatment I've received. Victoria at the front desk was absolutely lovely. All of them were. The servers at the Driftwood grill (I know it's separate from hotel) were all very helpful and couteous. Want to thank specially Aida, Rhea, Julio, and Gabriela. There's a watersport shack by the pool, and Zee helped me with recommendations for bars, restaurants, and cafés. I did the stingray city tour with Captain Shaun. Highly recommend. They have a free shuttle into town and beaches, and the driver Tevita was exceptional. Overal, I had an amazing stay.
