Solo birthday trio
I have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns. This is by far the best experience and treatment I've received. Victoria at the front desk was absolutely lovely. All of them were. The servers at the Driftwood grill (I know it's separate from hotel) were all very helpful and couteous. Want to thank specially Aida, Rhea, Julio, and Gabriela. There's a watersport shack by the pool, and Zee helped me with recommendations for bars, restaurants, and cafés. I did the stingray city tour with Captain Shaun. Highly recommend. They have a free shuttle into town and beaches, and the driver Tevita was exceptional. Overal, I had an amazing stay.

Great all round experience.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was great. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the golf course, water and the grounds were beautiful. The entertainment was great and not too loud. The music was enjoyable at suppertime. I would go back again.

Very Nice Hotel
We stayed here for the first 3 nights of our Grand Cayman vacation. It was a very nice hotel. The hotel is tucked back along a winding road a bit, but an easy location to get to from the airport. Checkin was easy. I think our room was classified as a garden view room, but it really looked out over the grassy area between our hotel & the next property (but with nothing on the adjacent property we had a bit of a view of the ocean). We did sit out on the little balcony & enjoyed it. The pool view rooms had a nice view into central area with the pool. The pool was nice, but on the small size. Quite a bit of deck space. We never saw it full. There is a beach area, but I’m not sure that it’s really a “swimming” beach. There was water sports cabana that had available activities (but we didn’t use it). The Driftwood Bar & Grill was very good. We had a couple meals there (breakfast & dinner). The food was good & the waitstaff pleasant. Our room was spacious (the 4 of us didn’t feel crowded) & the bathroom was huge with 2 sinks. It’s a hotel that I’d consider again even though it’s off the hustle & bustle of 7 Mile Beach.

Great staff and clean rooms
I just came back from the Holiday Inn and had a lovely time The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly. It is out of the way from everything so it does help if you rent a car. They do have a shuttle bus but it ends at 5.30p. I wish they would do something with the beach area.
