I REALLY ENJOYED my stay at Holiday Inn Resort Grand Cayman in October 2024. Ladd gave me the warmest welcome upon arrival, then Ianna and Victoria continued the hospitality in my other interactions with reception. Tevita was super personable when I used the shuttle for a quick run to fosters and he was even more gracious when he had to make an extra trip to Hotel Indigo to bring my phone charger that I left when I checked out. I stayed in a pool view 1 bedroom suite and it was super comfortable and well equipped to be a home away from home. My first night my tub had a slow drain. When I informed the front desk the next morning maintenance was sent right up to fixed it. I was so happy about this because I really don’t like puddling water in a shower, so huge Kudos to the maintenance man for resolving the issue. The view from my room was AMAZING because I could also see the oceanfront and pier. Driftwood Bar & Grill had a very good variety on their menu and as a picky eater this made me happy. Everything I had from there was delicious. I wrote a separate review for the restaurant. I was a little concerned with reviews saying this hotel was off the beaten path but that didn’t bother me one bit because this location had all the beauty I needed to see for an R&R get away. The shuttle service to Fosters supermarket and surrounding areas would make this a no brainer as the place for me to return to when I’m back in Grand Cayman!

Excellent resort to stay at in Grand Cayman
Extremely pleased with our weeklong stay at this resort, front desk and check-in staff were pleasant and efficient, pleased to help us on every request we made. Room was clean and comfortable, restaurant was quick and tasty on all meals, and service was excellent. Bar service and variety of drinks was great too. Shuttle service was very helpful getting around the island as we didn't have a vehicle. Would happily recommend this resort and definitely stay there again when we go back. 5-star rating!! *****

Filled with tranquillity
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay,special thanks to ZEE at the front desk for helping me with all my excursions booking,and providing very useful tips to make my trip even more enjoyable.The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the food at drift wood bar,the convenient store was very useful 5 extra stars for that,thank you Holiday Inn🙏🏽

A Great Getaway Hotel
We have just experienced seven wonderful days at the Holiday Inn Resort in Grand Cayman and it did not disappoint us. On arrival we were given clear instructions as a hurricane was due to hit, but Renoir and Ianna booked us in with a smile and offered some great advice, Victoria on reception organised a late check out and Ladd was great. Our experience in the Warefront bar and resturant was brilliant, service always with a smile and some great service from Gabrielle, and the other staff (whose names I forget sorry). Rooms were large and comfortable and the setting looking out onto the sea was stunning. Great hotel, great staff, great pool, great food and ambience well done IHG.

Peaceful Island space.. spacious to spend your evenings near the pool or on the Pier, ample water activities and adventure trips can be booked right from the reception. Victoria was very helpful in making the bookings. The hotel provides shuttle services to and from the nearby grocery stores and to George Town. Timings are available at the reception. Serene evenings with a beer or cocktail in hand with some live music near the pool is what you can expect from there.
