Didn’t go without anything, excellent hotel!
We stayed here in March 2025 as a family with a 1 and 4 year old. It’s clear this hotel has extremely high standards. Firstly, trip advisor need to update their photos because the hotel is WAY more beautiful than trip advisor shows. The hotel has clearly had an upgrade since these pics. Weather wise in March, bring a cardigan and loose trousers for the evenings. During the day there were some overcast days which meant it was a bit chilly coming out the pool, but the sun soon came back out! I wore a cardigan in the mornings too. I have many pros, and a couple of cons, which wouldn’t stop me returning, but worth noting to give a fair, well balanced review. For ease of reading I’ll list below: Pros: - Wherever you go in the hotel, you’ll see someone cleaning something! I have particularly high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and I was extremely impressed. - We had a two bedroom room, it was huge! So clean and modern. The beds and cotbed were super comfy. - It’s clear the staff have been taught to give priority to customers throughout the hotel. For example, in the restaurant, staff will make every effort to move aside for you to pass if there’s limited room. - The food is beautifully fresh. The salad selection was fantastic - I wouldn’t usually eat a salad buffet but this was too fresh and delicious looking to pass on! - It was a nice change to sit in different restaurants throughout the week, although my husband and I agreed it’s a bit of a gimmick and we actually preferred the main restaurant. The Italian, Asian and grill offered a few different foods, but nothing to write home about, in our opinion. You could eat in the grill restaurant at lunchtime, so we did that, just to change things up a bit! - The drinks selection is excellent, and plenty of places to get a drink. The cocktails, in particular the mojitos, were perfectly made! The latte from the bar up by reception, was delicious. There was rarely a queue at either of the bars. - There was plenty of sunbeds - Location is nice for a short stroll with a beautiful view over the sea. Theres a short strip of typical souvenir shops and a couple of restaurants (not that you need those!). We also took the bus into Costa adeje where they have a market on a Thursday and Saturday. The small beach by the hotel isn’t very nice in my opinion. We didn’t come to Tenerife for a beach though, as I understand they aren’t your nice white sand beaches! Also heads up, the bus stop to go to Costa adeje is the one on the same side of the road as the little shopping centre. Not the one the other side of the road, it’s not clear (or it wasn’t for us anyway!!) Cons: - The daytime entertainment is pretty standard, pool volley etc. The evening entertainment is just ok, except for the Friday night white party (or neon party, it alternates weekly) that was insanely good, I felt like I was in O beach Ibiza! I went to it on my own whilst my husband stayed in the room with the sleeping kids lol. However the rest of the weeks entertainment wasn’t anything to be excited about. The kids dancing was at 5:15 for 45 mins. - Not a con necessarily, but just be aware the bottom end of the hotel grounds would be difficult for a wheelchair user to access as the paths are quite steep. A wheelchair user would still have easy access to the non heated pool, snack bar, pool bar, stage, Italian restaurant and main restaurant. Overall, you’ll have a wonderful time here and won’t go short of anything! I’d highly recommend to my family and friends.

Very pleasant hotel.
The staff are all lovely, nothing is too much trouble. However the towel reservations on sunbeds from 6a.m. is outrageous!

From Start to Finish a break to remember
We stayed here in March, loved the whole set up something for everyone. The rooms were clean and well maintained with the maid coming in daily, the overall hotel was clean and staff were generally very friendly there was the odd one who were a little grumpy. Bar areas had great selection of drinks from soft drinks, hot drinks and alcoholic areas, it was always easy to get served. Restaurants always had plenty of food which got refreshed regularly. The themed restaurants were great too although a little tricky to book but once we were showed how it was easy. The main restaurant is large but there is another smaller restaurants near the pool with a great outlook our favourite for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The pool areas were well maintained and cleaned daily, with a good choice of sun beds, we loved the adult only pool as well as the adult only sundeck. People still get up early to bag a bed but it is not really necessary in March unless of course you have a favourite. Not much to do outside of the hotel but this suited us and nice walks along the promenade. There was some form of entertainment every night and around the pool and you could consume as much or as little as you liked. Would recommend this place
