  Star of the holiday.

  We have never stayed in a RIU hotel before . We were very impressed. I had requested a low floor, large, quiet room and that is what we got with the added bonus of a full sea view. Food was varied, hot and very good. Wine was reasonably priced. Staff were always helpful and spoke Spanish when I did, helping me to improve. The hotel was spacious and comfortable. Some of the entertainment was disappointing. Would love to return.

  First Visit...will hopefully return.

  First Visit to this hotel. Positives are the staff, food which is good and varied. Service in bar area excellent and entertainment generally good, Elvis tribute really good but Friday night Mary was very poor. Very clean hotel in all areas. Some room for improvement as someone else mentioned towels in bathroom need upgrading and more pillows should be available in room ( yes I know the maid will get them if requested)..overall a really nice hotel and lunch at pool also good. Hopefully we will return later in the year.

  First visit

  This was our first time at this hotel and in spite of the weather not being good the hotel did not disappoint.All the staff were very friendly and helpful and after a delay flying out they got us some food when we got there.The hotel is very spacious and has a lovely pool area which sadly we only used once because if the weather.Food was very good lots of choice.

  Another Great Holiday

  4th time at the hotel, could not fault anything. Stayed 3 weeks Feb/March. Excellent service from all staff. See you in October.

  Great staff. Terrible towels.

  Another stay here, sorry to say the horrible thin brown bathroom towels still haven’t been replaced. We stayed half board. Great choices at breakfast, particularly enjoyed the delicious fresh fruit and the pancakes and churros with yummy chocolate sauce. Evening meals were reasonable, the soups were very tasty and good choice of salads. The meat and fish choices varied in quality. Dishes always replenished. The desserts were mainly brightly coloured cakes and jelly (more suited for children than an adult only hotel in my opinion). Our room was fine. No need for air on as weather was so bad. Decent size fridge, kettle provided and daily top ups of tea, coffee. Big safe. Plenty of storage, lots of drawers. Good hanging space in wardrobes (so many hotels now have short hanging space, no good for dresses!) Pillows bit thin but on request we received additional pillows. Everywhere very clean. Lots of sun beds looking out to sea. Pool bar had good and reasonably priced food for lunch. Evening entertainment - some bad, some really bad and some were fabulous such as the ABBA tribute who were good fun, but the highlight for us were the Hit Boys who were really very good and had lots of people up dancing. I would like to praise the excellent staff who work really hard clearing tables in the restaurant and quickly serving drinks in the bar. They’re very friendly and helpful and a definite credit to the hotel.
