Feb 21, 2025Great hotel - pity about the snack bars.
All areas of this hotel were spotless, everywhere smelt fresh. The rooms were cleaned as often as you wanted with the bedding and towels changed when requested. The food in the restaurant was of a high quality and plentiful. Even on the busiest of days we, a party of 6, had no difficulty finding a table. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. There were plenty of sun loungers available around the pool areas. The pools, even the heated ones were chilly but bearable. The only gripe we have is the food availability in the snack bar. It was limited, the same every day and not even cooked well. The burger and hot dog rolls just crumbled in our hands and they weren’t covered up - the flys had a field day. There wasn’t even any ice cream available for the kids. We would have given the highest rating but the snack bars really let this hotel down.

Rooms are nice the pool area and heated pools are all very good . The food hall is like a war zone and the choice off food is in embarrassing if you wish to eat burgers and chicken nuggets no problem the outside restaurant does burgers chips nuggets and when you get into the main restaurant you get more burgers chips snd nuggets but also they double up with it in the buffet 🤷♂️so it’s just a endless supply of burgers nuggets and chips ! The show cooking is so poor it’s unbelievable and at breakfast you can’t even ask for a omelette they are all ready made ! I have stayed in many riu hotels this is by fair the worst food wise ! Will never return unfortunately

This was our second stay at this hotel. We were impressed enough to return. Nice to see some familiar faces amongst the staff. Just as enjoyable to stay. All inclusive is the way to go! A lot of guests but it never felt uncomfortably busy. Plenty of space around the pool and no problem finding a table in thd restaurants. We will happily go back.

Family holiday
The hotel is exceptionally clean inside and outside. All the staff are helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There is an excellent kids club, activities for adults too, and entertainment for the each evening. 10/10 100% I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to everyone. 😁😁😁
