  Nice break after Christmas

  This is a good honest review. The hotel is spotless our room was lovely it over looked the tennis courts room 270. Had parrots every morning & evening wanting feeding which we enjoyed. We was in the main building wouldn't have liked to be over the bridge in the other part as all the bars & restaurants are in the main part. There is a pool & a snack bar & drinks bar there. The pool area in main part there's 2 is lovely 1 is heated but it was still cold for time of Yr. Aqua gym was really good I did it every day at 11.45 good workout was always busy. The food in the buffet was mainly good sometimes it wasn't hot. Breakfast was hit & miss need to sort bacon & sausages out & maybe sum hash brownies. The Asian restaurant was really good only used canarian 1 once wasn't keen. The drinks was so so no branded ones. Wine was OK & so was the beer. 24 hr bar was nice for a pre dinner drink if you could get a seat. The entertainment for 1st few day wasn't too good then it improved the rock station & juke box which is done by the staff is really the African acrobats was really good. The juke box show was really good. The guy who came on at the end on the roller blades was really good & he also did the aqua gym I take my hat off to him sorry didn't get his name. The staff work really hard. Nice walk into the town from the hotel about 20 mins walk. Lovely shops bars & restaurants. Enjoyed the hotel.

  Fantastic Holiday

  This was my first time in an all-inclusive hotel, and it was great. The staff were all super friendly; the food at all three restaurants was varied and tasty; the space itself is beautiful. The pools were all really good. The room was lovely and we had a great view from the balcony. Although there were definitely a lot of people there, it didn’t feel like it. I used the spa for two massages and it was really professional and well done. My only complaint is minor, but the toilet roll was really thin!

  New year trip

  We returned after two and a half year gap, we were amazed how many of the staff remembered us, out standing. As always we were looked after very well, food and service very good. If it’s adult or family trip you can’t go wrong. Kids absolutely love it but not noisy at all

  Best entertainment team- BY FAR

  3rd time here more to come in the future. Specific rooms/requirements met following request by e- mail to hotel. All needs/requirements/expectations met/exceeded as ever. Dreaded music at end of show tonight cos confirms holiday is over- can't wait to return asap- sad but happy xxx Thank-you to Anais and team

  Ticks all the boxes

  We often stay at the RIU Costa del Sol but decided to try Lanzarote for a change. We weren’t disappointed ,very well run hotel with very pleasant staffFood was very good and a special mention to the Asian restaurant which was excellent. Pools and surrounding areas were first class ,If you need a break from the hotel 10 mins walk either way outside the back gate will bring you to bars and restaurants. Check in was busy and we weren’t disappointed lucky enough to get a room on the floor below reception level which is very convenient,
