I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Mexico, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always eager to assist, and ensured that every detail of my stay was perfect.

Christmas in paradise.
From start to finish the service at this hotel could not have been better. On arrival after a long flight from the uk check in was relatively easy. The rooms are immaculate and spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries to make your stay comfortable. We were given a choice of room and even shown the balcony view before making our selection. We knew from Social media to send reservations for parks to the hotel 30 days before and again this was all done seamlessly with a response from the hotel within 3 days. We didn’t use the restaurants that you had to reserve (personal preference due to a picky eater) but enjoyed the other restaurants on site as most don’t need a reservation. We also made use out of room service several times which was really nice particularly for our son. We generally tended to use the pool with the swim up bar during the day and service again could not be faulted. A really good choice of drinks and staff were happy to make recommendations. The resort itself is beautiful with lots to explore when you’re not at the parks. The staff really make the resort and go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We stayed at a really busy time over Christmas and new year yet never felt the staff were too busy or overwhelmed. We went to 4 parks/tours as we wanted to enjoy the resort as well. The organisation at these parks with the hotel transport etc just makes everything so easy. The food in the parks was also really good with a great selection. I haven’t stayed anywhere in a long time where I could have added on an extra 2 weeks but I definitely could have at this hotel. It really is paradise.

Amazing time at Hotel Xcaret!
We had the most amazing trip to Hotel Xcaret Mexico. From the moment we arrived, the service was phenomenal. We were greeted by hotel staff at the airport and given private transportation to the hotel. Check in was a breeze and we were met by one of our three amazing butlers - Alejandro Barrera, Adriana Garrido and Juan de Dios. They checked in with us each day to see if we needed anything, escorted us to our dinners, and even set up a birthday surprise for our daughter! They were all so kind and helpful and made our visit extra special. Our room was beautiful. Clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with tons of snacks and special touches. The resort is also beautiful. It has multiple pools, a water slide for kids, a private beach, and several amazing restaurants. We loved the swim up bars and crepe / taco stands to throughout the resort! We also visited both Xplor and Xenses parks which I highly recommend. The hotel provides transportation to and between parks which made visiting both in one day very easy. Overall a fantastic stay - we will definitely be back!

Xcaret is the best place to spend time with family, friends and a lovely time with your couple. We have been there many times and the experience is always worthy. The service is excellent, as well as the resort it self, full of options to enjoy and relax. We recommend Xcaret 120%
