Recently stayed at the property as a family of four, with sons aged 9 and 11. Our stay at the property was enhanced by terrific service from the Regency Ckub Concierge, Yercelis, and the rest of the team who were able to help with all our needs via WhatsApp as we travelled around Cartegena.

Great Hotel, Near Walled City
I had a great experience at the Hyatt Regency. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch—professional, friendly, and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable (please note you should book a club level renovated room). The amenities were great, nice pool scene. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, the Hyatt Regency strikes a perfect balance between comfort and convenience. Highly recommend.

Kundenfreundliches Hotel, Oase des Friedens
super Hotel, sehr herzliches Personal, alle aber insbesondere Juliette, Alessandro, Luiz Standort Ideal, alles super sauber, einfach perfekt um etwas verwöhnt zu werden, das Essen im Restaurant ist top, in einer ruhigen schönen Athmosphäre, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Our experience was terrible, in comparison to previous stays. The hotel was definitely under-staffed for the number of guests at the time. The check in process was really slow and messy. The common areas are currently closed, which made the experience very uncomfortable, especially for the price one is paying. Particularly, the main pool was closed, so there was no chance all of the hotels were gonna fit into the mini pool that was available. There wasn’t even a chair available to take a video call outside of the restaurant. Wouldn’t go back
