We stayed 5 nights with my wife. There was only 1 chair in the room. We asked for additional chair, but we were told that the hotel is full, and there are no available chairs. They said they will check, but never returned to us. Only in the last night, we asked again, and got the additional chair

Front desk receptionst and manager are very unprofessional
Worst hotel. Unprofessional receptionist and manager. They messed up and pretended not to know anything. Their attitude is very annoying. I even feel they discriminated against me. All my friends who went to the conference said this is not a nice hotel. I hope the hotel won't pretend to be dead and not reply.

Do not come
Our overall experience at this hotel was terrible. We stayed here to attend a conference, and both the accommodation and the event left much to be desired. First, the staff were consistently condescending and unhelpful. For instance, when we requested water one evening, we were told they had run out. The room itself was dirty and noisy. Despite being on the 19th floor, we could clearly hear traffic outside and got woken up couple times per night. The noise from neighboring rooms was clear as well. As for the conference, the hotel seemed entirely unprepared. They repeatedly ran out of coffee and water, let alone food, which is shocking for any event, let alone a conference. To make matters worse, they charged us for coffee every morning. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, especially if you’re planning to host or attend an event. The management clearly lacks the ability to organize or maintain basic standards.

Great Location, Outdated Rooms
Fast and smooth check in after coming from a redeye. I appreciated that a room was readily available early in the morning. The lobby was grand and pretty with high ceilings. There was a snacks and to go market to was open pretty late. There were also a restaurant and a bar right next to it that we didn’t get a chance to try since I only stayed here for one night before a cruise. I only booked this place to sleep and chose Hyatt Regency for the better-priced Hyatt within the area. However, for a Hyatt regency I must say that I expected a little more in terms of having more toiletries readily available. Everything had to be requested including robe, slippers, and other simple toiletries. The only things available were body lotion, shampoo/soap/conditioner, ironing board, and hair dryer— very basic. Stayed in a double bed room, bed was comfy but only came with 2 pillows each. The room was outdated. I would have appreciated a full body mirror in the room. The open closet area was pretty large and can fit 2 open suitcases. There’s a half wall that divides the room from the bathroom. Sink outside and toilet/shower separate. The room was on the 18th floor that looked like it had a balcony but you can’t open the door/window. The window was also pretty dirty that you can’t really see past it. If I were to come back in the area and need a place to just sleep, I’d probably still come back here for its price and location.

Terrible service, old and outdated
The worst Hyatt I have been to and I have been to lots of hyatts in my 10 years of consulting. There was a concert so the entrance road was completely blocked and cars barricaded both the hotel loop entrance and exit. no one from the hotel staff was trying to keep order either so no one can get in or out. The valet lane was closed off with cones. After waiting half an hour we finally get through to the front lobby door the valet manager Edward would not park us because we were in the outer lane instead of the inner lane blocked by cones 3 feet parallel to us. The valet person Edward absolutely insisted we go back out into the jammed traffic for another 20 minutes so we can move a few feet back into the “correct lane” and he can remove the cones. He would not let us back into that lane, or take our car on the spot. We explained it’s been a very long day of travel and we have a tired 3 year old. This did not help. It was like talking to a wall. An AI would have had better communication. So finally we gave up and spent another 20 minutes circling back from the exit back to the entrance just a few feet away but because no cars can move we sat there like idiots. Finally we make it back to the front door in the inner lane this time only to find out he had to drive out the same exit both the inner and outer lane leaves out of to park our car. We basically wasted our life for absolutely no reason. When we explained this and asked why he made us go through all this the only answer was “you were in the Uber lane”. When I asked him if he had to drive out the same exit regardless of the lane to valet the car he said yes. But then proceeded to condescendingly mention that he wouldn’t be the one doing the valet and it would be one of his valet boys because he’s a… manager. This. On top of the outdated and dirty room. Highly advise against staying here. I would have expected this from motel 6. Not Hyatt. Shame.
