Jul 07, 2025Nasty soiled carpets in both rooms
June 28, 2025 - The carpets were filthy (soiled). I booked two adjoining rooms, both were stained. The outdoor furniture in the valet area was disgusting (the seat cushions were extremely nasty - soiled) - clean your hotel. I stayed here before a cruise based on reviews - I will not stay again. Upon checkout I told the front desk about the carpet - she seemed to brush it off. No reaction.

Terrible
They need to renovate the bathrooms and remove the carpets — they just collect dirt. The check-in process during events is a complete mess. There was also a strong smell of marijuana at the entrance. It’s not a hotel for families.

The overall property maintains the Regency feel, but the room designs were lacking. In particular, the bathroom space was poorly thought out leaving only room for a motel tub/shower combo versus the upscale look and feel of other Regency properties.

Jun 08, 2025Top-Notch Hospitality from Start to Finish
All of the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The valet service was absolutely exceptional! They gave us detailed directions to local spots, were incredibly kind, and showed a lot of patience. They were quick to retrieve our vehicle, load and unload our luggage, and provided excellent service throughout. The hotel itself was spotless, smelled amazing, had super comfortable beds, and great pillows. Overall, just an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable if a little dated. The hotel is in an excellent location. The customer service was good and check-in was smooth. I would would have scored it higher if the food were better. I was staying there for a business meeting.
