Booked under a specific package and they did not understand nor fulfil the amenities promised under the package offer. It took far too many discussions with the front desk to get what the package I booked under offered. Far too much of the time that I should have been enjoying myself to just get what I paid for.

Dated but location is great.
Self parking experience is rough. Dim lighting and hard to understand how to get from garage back into hotel. Broken escalators from garage to hotel. With baggage that’s not a fun experience. Hotel is dated needs a remodel. But clean and location is great. Has lost the ocean views over the years because of so much growth in high rises in the area.

Love The view
My experience was lovely from the moment I saw the beautiful view from the room; however, I'm not very happy with the housekeeping team or the hotel staff. We arrived at 9 pm, and the double room we had reserved wasn't ready, so they offered us a king room with a rollaway bed, since there were two adults and two children. At 11 pm, we went back to the front desk to ask for the rollaway bed, and they told us they were very busy and would bring it up. It was 12:30 am, and they never brought the rollaway bed, so the four of us ended up sleeping in the same bed. The next day, we went to the front desk and let them know that we needed either the extra bed or a different room. The girl at the front desk was very kind, and they gave us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, and the Dominican woman who works at the bar and grill was super attentive and very nice to us. But going back to the rooms, it had hair in it, wasn't very clean, and the carpet had a bad smell, but the view was definitely worth it 💖

Friendly and professional staff. The hotel was kept extremely clean and was able to get service incredibly fast. An amazing stay and recommend to anyone looking for a nice location in the Downtown Miami area.
