Feb 21, 2025Superb customer service, location and comfort.
Outstanding customer service and friendly staff, great location, early-check-in and late check out for being World of Hyatt member and online-early check-in form completed online. Very clean, spacious, great outdoor pool to refresh after a hot day. We stayed here before a cruise and being close to the ports and Brickell area for night light. Will definitely book again and appreciate World of Hyatt membership!

Miami Visit
Had 3 different kinds of pillows so you had your choice. In-house restaurant was awesome and so was the waitstaff. Their recommendations were spot on. Went for business but was able to walk around to see the sights. I would recommend this hotel

Feb 20, 2025Not an experience you would expect from Regency!
Multiple cobwebs over the bed and entire ceiling. Bathtub clogged and dirty. No ventilation whatsoever in the bathroom. Front desk not available to be reached via phone upon calling to report unhabitable conditions of the room upon check-in and did not switch the room. Front desk staff the next morning was rude upon complaining about the condition of the room and would not entertain the request to switch to a cleaner room. Did not expect such service from a Hyatt Regency.

Outdated hotel, bathroom very dark and old. Restaurant was small but the food was great we had a couple of steaks very well done. Guy at the reception was very helpful and gave as a high floor room as requested. However the room itself was dark, the floor was under renovation full of blue strips for painting and the bathroom was horrible: almost at the level of a highway motel.

Excellent Staycation
Nice large room and great location. You can walk to either Bayside or Brickell. There's nightlife, excellent restaurants, transportation, and shopping. All staff members were friendly and helpful if we had any questions. World of Hyatt provided a late checkout.
