The hotel experienced a major leak. The lobby was all draped off and smelled. Only 2 of 5 elevators working, leading to long waits

Great location, dates but well maintained property with great staff. The room we had had great views of the bay, the Brickell area is a short walk away with great restaurants.

Outstanding Service from Harry – Valet Parking at Hyatt Regency Miami
Outstanding Service from Harry – Valet Parking at Hyatt Regency Miami I had an unexpected situation when my car battery died right after parking at the Hyatt Regency Miami. Harry, the valet attendant, immediately came to help without hesitation. He first checked that my battery was securely in place, then helped me jump-start it with a cable. Once the car turned back on, he kindly shared useful tips to keep it running so it wouldn’t turn off again. What really stood out was how genuinely caring and helpful he was — Harry even guided me out of the downtown area, making sure I took the right route home. Miami’s streets can be confusing, and thanks to his directions, I avoided getting lost or stuck again with a dead battery. Harry went above and beyond his duties, showing true professionalism and kindness. My family and I are forever grateful for his support and selfless help that evening. The Hyatt Regency is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

An exceptional stay at the Park Hyatt
A great location right in the middle of Miami downtown core area and 5-7 mins walking distance to the Brickell area, which is lively at all times. The hotel lobby is welcoming and the restaurant overlooks the river with boats moving up and down. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are helpful.

My go-to hotel when staying in Miami! Perfect location within walking distance of great restaurants and nightlife. The room was spotless and offered amazing views!
