This was the perfect getaway! Convenient to everything and the staff was so courteous and professional. Room was clean and spacious and great views of the river. The area was very trendy with great restaurants, the hotel is in a great location. I will definitely stay here again.

Jan 21, 2025Terrible experience at Hyatt Regancy I Miami!
We’ve stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before we go for our cruise. That was a nightmare… very noisy from construction close to this hotel, poor pool area and non existent service. I’ve complain to Assistant Director of rooms and ask for compensation, but there is no answer! Never go back to Hyatt!!

Great location, Clean room and exceptional service.
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Miami for 1 night due to an early flight and had a marvelous time. The front desk agent made my check-in quick and very informative. Kudos to Chris Johnson and Jennifer Boyd, great leaders who ensured my stay was more than exceptional and memorable. I enjoyed the spacious room on a high floor, very clean. I requested a couple of items and Cecilia brought them to the room, she was amazing with a smile and service that reminded me what service is really like. I can tell she likes her job, please acknowledge the great job she does, it's noticeable. The location was convenient and room service was delicious. Highly recommended.

After a very long day of traveling we were looking forward to our overnight stay at the Hyatt Regency Miami. Wow, were we disappointed! The deluxe room on the 22nd floor was dated but adequate. The view was beautiful. We went to the onsite bar and grill for dinner. After waiting an hour for chicken sandwiches we finally left. Back in our room traffic noise and various bumps and weird noises made it difficult to sleep even though I was exhausted. Needless to say, we will never stay here again. I think my days with Hyatt have ended. Time to find something else.

The air and smell in the room weren't pleasing. Maybe because of the poor and old ventilation installations. The view was awfull. We asked if they could at least give us free late check out (untill 17h) as compensation for such bad room position but they wouldn't let us, they wanted to charge 25$/hour. The room was indeed very spacious. Cleanliness is average. They didn't give us clean towels every day. The espresso machine wasn't very clean. Lighting in the room was very poor. The hotel in general is very spacious but quite old and needs renovation.
