Check in was a bit late but we were compensated with free cocktails for the inconvenience.Room was extremely clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, housekeeping was accommodating and we absolutely loved the ocean view. The lights were adjustable and bathroom layout were great.

The room needs to be renovated. The A/C unit barely worked. The bedsheets had stains. Staff was great. Housekeeping service great. The issue was mainly the Hyatt room itself. Youtube was spot on. Hyatt Regency is not worth its price.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Awesome hotel and friendly employees!
Awesome stay! Hyatt is always like a home to us! People at the front desk especially Zy and Susan are very friendly, they make a check-in run smoothly. Marie Fe from the housekeeping kept our room neat, clean and orderly. Bell desk guys are dependable in bringing our luggages in the room.

하와이 신혼여행 호텔로 하얏트리젠시 추천 드립니다. 셔틀버스 타기에도 용이하고, 인근 식당이나 쇼핑센터와도 접근성이 좋아, 차량 없이 이동 편했습니다. 하얏트리젠시에 대한 기억이 너무 좋아, 남편이랑 리마인드 웨딩으로 또 오기로 했어요.

We were barely in the room as we tried to get the most out of our stay and explore the island but one thing I loved how fast the elevators were. We were on a high floor and only had to wait for an elevator once or twice. The few interactions we had with staff was great. My son had a meltdown when we were checking out because he was sad the vacation was over and the receptionist gave him a shell necklace to cheer him up. He’s only 5 and it really helped us get through that moment. The location is great - so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. If you can afford to, I highly recommend splurging for an ocean view. We booked the city view but were lucky enough to get a partial view of the beach. It made me wish I had done the ocean view for the full experience. We can’t wait to make another Hawaii trip and stay at this hotel again.
