From the moment we arrived, Hyatt Vivid Grand Island exceeded expectations. When we mentioned it was my birthday, the staff went out of their way to celebrate it every day, making the experience even more special. The service was top-notch, the food was incredible, and the drinks were strong—yes, even top-shelf shots! If you’re looking for a lively, party-friendly atmosphere, this resort is the perfect choice. The room was clean and well-stocked, with daily housekeeping unless you request otherwise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows for a restful sleep. The bathroom featured a vanity mirror, a floor-length mirror, and multiple lighting options. The room also included robes, slippers, a coffee maker, and a fridge stocked with wine. There were plenty of towels. Ifyou have thick or curly hair, I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the provided ones weren’t very effective. I highly recommend making restaurant and entertainment reservations in advance, as they fill up quickly. Some of our favorite activities included Sip and Paint, late-night dance parties and karaoke, the local artisan market, shows, and live music. For a more exclusive experience, upgrading to Vantage Club is worth it. This upgrade includes rooftop access, premium liquor, an exclusive club lounge with no reservations required for dining, turn-down service, and extended breakfast hours, which I especially appreciated as a late riser. The lounge is always stocked with food and drinks, making it a great alternative when dining reservations are unavailable. For golf lovers, there’s a golf course nearby, owned by Iberostar, just across the hotel. The concierge can book a tee time for you, with rates at $122 for tee time and $75 for club rental, including food, drinks, and a golf cart. There is also a driving range and putting area available while you wait. Women must wear collared shirts, as athletic dresses are not allowed. A huge thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay unforgettable—Eduardo, Joel, and Jose at Ennea, Ramses and Carlos at Oishii, Nef at Sip and Paint, Raul, and Rodolfo. Their hospitality truly made a difference! The only downsides were that construction is still ongoing on the second half of the resort, so expect some noise, and the walls are thin, meaning you might hear your neighbors if they’re loud. However, these minor inconveniences didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic experience! I would definitely return.

Hyatt Vivid- A Chill Vibe Resort we adored
This hotel is absolutely incredible. If you are okay with shuttling to and from the beach and knowing there may be a wait, it is the most unique layout and vibe I have seen! The food was 5* quality- I have never had such amazing food at an all inclusive before. The rooms were excellent, very clean and beautiful! The hotel itself is gorgeous- every corner was unique and the decor is beautiful. The shows the staff put on were superb. My husband has never cared for that kind of thing- he was beyond impressed (as was I!) The vibe of the resort truly is "chill". It was not a party hard resort (at least none of that was there when we stayed). We really enjoyed that it was adults only.

Perfect couple stay
The hotel was very clean, impeccable service at hotel and beach club. All the food in different restaurant was really good. Different activity on the site and night. We came to relax and we loved the fact that the atmosphere is chill and not to have lots off people drunk the night. We loved our week and we will come back

Nef, lucia, Cesar, Roger and Sofia are the best ! Promise you will meet them they are great, so fun & helpful. l wish the hotel would provide them more resources. , It would go along way, but they made things fabulous!! They make you want to come back soon.
