The hotel has extensive grounds for being in the city center; elegant interior, pools, gym, turtle pond and green space. Adjacent to the most beautiful park in the city, las ramblas, and walking to Port area. My concerns and issues; 1) housekeeping was disappointing- no coffee maker in room and I had to bring it up, one day no clean cups glasses spoons were replaced along with not emptying garbage. I had to make a list in English to give to housekeeping manager. Every time I wanted to speak to the manager, they were not in. Issue 2: the hotel hosts many government and business events. On Sunday, a police officer wouldn't allow me to pass the area to go to my room on the same floor. I had to go to front desk to get assistance. This is clearly unacceptable, the hotel should of anticipated addressing this ahead of time. Issue 3; our room faced a side street. Throughout the day loud motor scooters are in the immediate area disrupting the serenity

Beautiful hotel in a good location. The staff was great and I was grateful they spoke English. Yeah, I know I should learn Spanish. The guy who checked me in walked me to the elevator to use to get to my room. The room was one of the best I’ve stayed in, large and cleaned and I’ve traveled extensively in the US and the world. The outdoor space with the pool and chairs is incredible as is the outdoor space to have cocktails. I didn’t eat dinner there as I was exploring the city and had dinner near the cruise port. I did have the incredible breakfast buffet that was only 20 euros, champagne included. I stayed one night before a cruise. I will definitely return. And just for information purposes, they do have a casino.

Resort Gem in the City of Santa Cruz
Lovely Canarian hotel set in upmarket area of Santa Cruz. We spent Xmas here and will return. Spacious junior suite with large balcony, jacuzzi bath and large bathroom. The professional staff made our stay, along with the high quality food served in Los Menceyes restaurant. This is a quality hotel with very good service. We enjoyed the half board option, with a choice of main course delivered to table, albeit the rest was buffet style. Large variety of quality food at breakfast and dinner. Great variety of fish and speciality cheese. Enjoyed the Spa and water treatment experience. Beautiful park outside leads to the main shopping street with plentiful bars and restaurants. Check out with charming Iria was perfect. Highly recommend for business or leisure, and will be back next year. Thankyou.

The hotel is very suitable for a short business trip. Check in and check out process is smooth and efficient (special thanks to Miriam , Sharon and the trainee Miryam at the front desk). Coffee shop terrace is very good (big thanks to Klaudia who was super). The rooms and the facility in general is old not up to a 5 star expectations.

Beautiful
Stayed for one night during our stay in Santa Cruz. This is a beautiful hotel across the street from a beautiful park and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the port. My only wish was that we stayed another night. Utilized the pool and enjoyed a great breakfast. Would 1000% stay here again.
