This is our second time to this hotel and it hasn’t disappointed. Absolutely lovely facilities, rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day and modern. Pools are lovely, clean and sun beds are always available. I watch the staff clean the floors and beds everyday, as well as watching the gardening team- the grounds are beautifully kept. The location is fantastic and allows immediate access to the beach fronts and restaurants. The food at breakfast is always delicious with an excellent choice available and fresh. We were B&B only as this suits us, but we tried the buffet meal one evening which again was wonderful. The staff are always so polite and helpful and wonderful with my children. The pool bar staff are always attentive and kind. A really lovely hotel within Tenerife, and we will be returning again I’m sure within the next couple of years. Thank you, I can’t recommend enough!

Perfect experience
Service is perfect, also at the pool with Marcel was top, so kind and friendly. And we love Laura from the animation team. <3 we come here already for 15 years and always come back. Also the food is so good. It is our second home. Also because the weather is always so good. Perfect Holliday here at iberostar.

Beautiful hotel worth every one of it’s 5 stars
This is our second time to the Anthelia and it’s as amazing as the first. In our opinion the hotel is outstanding in every way. It’s immaculately clean and well maintained with a beautiful/grand reception area. The rooms are cleaned everyday with extra special touches like chocolates delivered each evening. The pool areas are beautiful with magnificent views of the ocean. Never a shortage of sun beds which are the most comfortable ones we’ve ever laid on. Marcel was our favourite waiter around the main pool! He made sure we had drinks/snaks whenever we wanted and always had time for a friendly chat. All of the staff are very professional and work incredibly hard to make sure you have the most wonderful holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! We will be back for sure.

Pros:The restaurant, the grounds and pools, the food and service at the hotel were excellent. Cons: The room was cheap looking, impractical with access to the room via the bathroom. The bed was not shown off properly and there was a lack of wardrobe space. The toilet door and the glass door for the cupboard in the bedroom needed attention . The bedroom was more 3star than 5star and spoilt our experience.

BEST EVER HOTEL!
Best hotel we have ever stayed in beautiful clean rooms and outside areas. Restaurants serving great food with the best attentive staff! We were waited on by Marcel around the pool area who looked after us exceptionally well! As did all staff in bar areas we never waited long for drinks they took the order and was on table in minutes! Exceptional service all round.
