A little bit of heaven on earth
The suites all had sea views, were well appointed and were spotless as was the rest of the hotel The staff were professional yet very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing with pretty much anything you could wish for and could be enjoyed whilst taking in the views. This was a place of total relaxation and somewhere to fully recharge the batteries. Highly recommended.

Hen Do Ruined by Terrible Management – Would Not Return
We visited Iberostar Jardín del Sol Suites as a group of 18 to celebrate my hen do – a trip that was sadly ruined by the disgraceful service and poor management from the front office team. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. Due to an error on the hotel’s end, we were made to wait over three hours to check in, only to find that every single one of us had been placed in the wrong room. Four people in our group had not initially upgraded to all-inclusive, but due to the chaos and confusion, we were pressured into upgrading at a cost of €70 per person, per day. No form of compensation was offered for the long delay – we were told the glass of cava given to us on arrival was the apology, despite the fact we were already all-inclusive and had paid for it. The issues continued on the second day when we were told there was a problem with our room. It hadn’t been cleaned, yet someone had entered while we were sleeping – without knocking – to leave a note telling us we needed to vacate. We were forced to pack up all our belongings and were moved to a significantly smaller room, with an absurdly high bed that was completely unsuitable for the three people assigned to stay there, including the bride-to-be. We refused to stay in that room and, after another 2.5-hour wait, were eventually put back in the original room. On the final day, we then had to wait yet another hour just to be partially reimbursed for one day of all-inclusive – despite losing a total of over 6.5 hours across our short three-day stay. To make matters worse, our room was never cleaned during our entire visit. The level of service from the front desk was absolutely shocking. Staff were even overheard making derogatory comments about us in Spanish, not realising that members of our group could understand them. It was deeply unprofessional and upsetting. I would never return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others – particularly for special occasions. That said, I do want to highlight that the pool bar and restaurant staff were fantastic – incredibly friendly and hard-working. The food was also excellent. One of the bar staff even mentioned they work from 4:30am until 11:30pm, and it shows in their dedication. Unfortunately, no amount of good food or friendly bar service can make up for how mismanaged and stressful the rest of our experience was.

Fantastic time had by all.
We stayed for a week in Oct. 24. Myself my Wife and daughter in a Junior suite. My inlaws stayed in a double room. We all found the hotel to be wonderful. The staff at this hotel are in my opinion are its true gem. Friendly and attentive without being ingratiating. Everywhere was spotless and the food wonderful. A bewildering choice at all meals. There was a storm the day before we arrived and it demolished the ladders into the sea. This meant you had to carefully climb down rocks to get in. Other than blaming Poseidon I don't think you could hold the hotel accountable for that. Our only complaint is that we like to try other places to holiday in and this hotel has ruined us for anywhere else.

A little bit of heaven by the sea
Really looked forward to returning to the hotel, having first visited in April this year. We were not disappointed. This time we were upgraded to a Star Prestige Junior Suite on the 4th floor which gave us extra privileges at no extra cost. The view from our balcony was fantastic. It really is a little bit of heaven by the sea. The staff throughout the hotel are excellent. They all really want you to have a great holiday. As in April, the buffet restaurant offered high quality fare. Delicious! Swam in the sea in front of the hotel nearly every day. Made use of the local buses and taxis to visit Andraxt & Port Andraxt as well as a day out in wonderful Palma. A great place to stay! We look forward to another visit.

Just Go.
Arrived extremely tired after a very early start. Greeted at the door by Sheriff who took my case and led me to reception for check in and my welcome drink of choice. The first thing I noticed as I followed him was the amazing views of the bay in the sunshine through the huge windows. I knew from the ambience and the welcome this was going to be good. I stayed for ten nights, all inclusive, star prestige which was great for me. My room was lovely, a spotlessly clean Junior Suite with a walk-in shower, separate lavatory and basin area. A huge whirlpool bath in the centre. The bed was enormous. The seating area had a sofa, flat screen tv, fridge/mini bar and tea making facilities. French doors led to small terrace area with two sun beds, table, chairs, for my sole use. Immediately turn left and I was in the pool. Spot on. The food here is amazing. It is buffet service. The choice is vast with care being taken to provide for every taste and dietary preference from what I saw. Chefs are on hand to make sure everything is up o standard assist if necessary and cook dishes made to order, pasta, chicken, beef, fish at dinner or eggs/omelettes at breakfast. The main restaurant is light and airy but the terrace was the place for me. Again, the view is beautiful. The staff in this hotel are professional and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble. Great pride is taken in providing the highest level of customer service and it shows. (Special mentions to Joel & Marianella, Justo and Helena. Thankyou so much!!) I had a wonderful stay and would certainly come back. Highly recommended.
