Restaurant doesn't have enough staff Yesterday at 9.10 pm arriving i was told by Juan that the buffet closing and to hurry up so I didn't eat and left This evening I waited 30 mins for a coke whike finished my dinner and reminded Juan about it

We come every year. The place is incredible, the nicest friendliest staff that you could imagine. I Don’t know where to start…. From Mrs Virginia at the children’s pool bar - my kids love her and look for her everyday , The entertainment crew - Love their energy and performance, I hate to name names , cause I’m sure I’ll leave someone out. Arnold -( director) roby, Tove, Greta, Susana , Alicia , Tonya , these guys really deserve a standing ovation. 👏 they bring the energy that everyone can enjoy. Special shout out the the guys at the bar and kitchen - David, Pacito, mustafa , and of course the Grill master Angel . They made our dining experience truly memorable and enjoyable!! Many thanks and can’t wait to see y’all again in 2026 !!!! The loud American Daniel

Lovely family friendly hotel, with excellent food
We had a lovely week at this hotel. The food was excellent. We didn’t manage to book into any of the restaurants (they were all booked up - email to book early if you want to go!) but the buffet was really excellent. They had themed nights which I often would avoid but the sushi for example was so good. Breakfast was lovely - best orange juice we’ve ever had! The mini disco every evening was very much enjoyed by my son and the evening entertainment team was very professional. The shows they put on were excellent. Pools all good, plus you can use the Iberostar Waves pools next door too. Overall, difficult to fault.

Exceptional service!
Great family hotel, truly 5 star hotel to relax and enjoy Mallorca. One thing that stands out is the amazing service of their staff. Over the years of coming here the iberostar staff begins to feel like family, recognizing familiar faces, and taking in the beautiful atmosphere. Virgin at the green bar is amazing! She is such a delight to see everytime. Thank you Virgina for the incredible hospitality, I will be creating a video to showcase the green bar!

This is a fantastic hotel, right on the beach, great food, great service, good pools, brilliant entertainment and Virginia at the pool bar is the best bar tender - always the best service with a smile and fantastic drinks! She made our holiday! Thanks Virginia!
