My wife and I had a wonderful, very relaxing vacation at the Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites. We had very good dining experiences. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Quite often we were treated like friends. Kerry, our ambassador was very attentive and was over-the-top with meeting our needs. We were greeted by Renece when we checked in and she patiently answered our many questions and was extremely helpful and pleasant. We were able to visit the spa for massages and that was amazing - thank you Patrice and Julia! We had really nice experiences at the buffet. One evening featured Jamaican cuisine. Anthony took the time to explain the various offerings to us and made suggestions. As he was the pastry chef, he and I had some conversations about baking. Paris also gave us exceptional service. Petrina and Shazanna spent some time with us and answered questions about local culture and food. Leroy and Anecia took great care of us on the beach. We had the standard room, but it had a very large bedroom and bathroom - which included a shower and soaking tub. The grounds and pool area were clean and nicely maintained. We will definitely return.

You’ll want to visit Iberostar Rosehall Suites!
We have visited Iberostar Rosehall Suites 3 times now. It’s great to come to a place where we know much of the staff and feel welcome! As club members, we thoroughly enjoy our benefits and get excellent service from the Star Prestige staff. Kerry, our resort Ambassador, checked in with us often. She made sure our needs/wants were always met. The pool and entertainment staff were wonderful as always. Our kids absolutely adore many of them. The Star Prestige beach staff were also amazing as ever. Everyone played their part very well in helping us enjoy yet another Jamazing vacation!

Love it here
Recently stayed at this hotel and have never had an issue. Good food selection, good drink selections. Lots of entertainment throughout the day poolside. Beach is beautiful. Special shout out to Ruth, Kerry, Donay, Leroy, Kacia and Chad. oh and Gwayne from the smokehouse!

Great family vacation
We have stayed at the Iberostar rose hall suites many times. We keep going back because of the people. They are hard working, genuinely nice people. Troy is a bellhop and goes out of his way to help the guests in any way he can, we consider him a friend. Vanessa, Dwayna, Stretch and all of the entertainment team work long hours…day and night, in the hot sun and always have a smile on their faces. They include our son in their activities and treat him as part of their team. All of the servers and hostesses at the buffet who remember us from years past and welcome us with hugs and smiles like we are family. The woman in the coffee shop who made the best hazelnut cappuccinos every morning. Even though she is pregnant and standing on her feet all day she always had a smile on her face. Wayne the server at the Italian restaurant always takes care of us, we request him every time, he is kind and very hard working. Olander from the food truck, always friendly and smiling even though it’s hot, he is always happy! Sheneaka waitress from the pool/beach, she has only been there a few weeks but full of energy in the hot sun bringing us drinks without even asking, she is a keeper! Kerry from Star prestige checking on us every day to make sure we didn’t need anything. We were celebrating my sisters birthday, she went out of her way to set up a special table at the Italian restaurant and had a cabana decorated to celebrate her birthday. Doreen the best bar tender at the pool! Don’t forget to visit the cat sanctuary on the property, you can bring toys and treats. The hotel is very clean, hard working people constantly sweeping, mopping and cleaning. The beds are so comfy, large bathrooms with separate bath and shower, all rooms have an outdoor balcony with great views no matter what room you have. Our favorite place!! We feel at home when we visit Iberostar rose hall suites.

Great Resort
Amazing resort, clean, amazing food. The steak and Lobster restaurant is so good. Great pools and lazy river. The staff here are so friendly and nice. We would 100% recommend this resort to family and friends. Shernette Drummond From the shop is awesome’
