Jun 04, 2025Perfect few days with Friends for our 40ths
What a wonderful few days from start to finish. We visited as a group of 4 friends celebrating our 40th Birthdays. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the extremely friendly staff and given a glass of bubbly and some chocolate truffles. The public areas of the hotel are beautiful and clean and all the staff cannot do enough for you. The rooms are lovely and clean and plenty of space for 2 people. The only downside when sharing with a friend was the lack of privacy for the bathroom. It is a glass sliding door that is see-through and you can hear everything. It wasn't a big deal and certainly would have bothered me less if I was with my husband, but not ideal when sharing with a friend. Loved the fresh water fountains in the hallway to fill up the bottles for our room. The pool was superb, and the system of booking sunbeds via an app is excellent. We had no issues at all and didn't have to worry about getting up early to grab some sunbeds. The pool bar is great and we had lots of lovely cocktails as we were all inclusive. The Spa was amazing, we had treatments and chilled at the spa pool for hours. The buffet restaurant was a real highlight. Such a variety of food at every meal and a different theme at dinner every night. I am dairy intolerant and I found it really easy to identify what dishes had dairy in them as all food is labelled for allergens. Plenty of choice for veggies/vegans too. The staff are top class at this hotel, a special shout out to: Lucia at entrance to the buffet restaurant. She remembered us each day and was friendly and accommodating. Juan in the buffet restaurant at Breakfast who brought me my frothed oat milk for my coffee and was so attentive. Santiago at the pool for sorting out sunbeds on the 1st day and generally helping anyone at the pool who needed help. Diego the waiter/barman who was friendly and brought us lots of Strawberry Daiquiris. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and we will definitely return.

We booked Star Prestige B&B and were very impressed. We normally book IHG and thought we would give Iberostar a try as a trusted partner. Upon arrival staff were extremely welcoming and gave us a cold towel and refreshments. We were quickly checked in and given a band with a key fob on so we could easily access our room and the prestige areas and then were taken to the prestige pool area and told about the drinks and snacks and then taken to our room. The room is small and storage could be a challenge if you are staying longer the. 7 nights but the beds are superking and very comfortable and all the amenities in the room are great, the minibar was refreshed daily and the housekeeping staff are fantastic. Food was great, the Star Prestige snacks were lovely and breakfast was great although the lack of fresh fruit was disappointing. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The only downside our out trip is the building work opposite. We have been here 4 days and there is constant drilling in the mornings. No warning from our holiday provider Jet2 and no warning or apologies from hotel staff! As lovely as the hotel is, had we known we would have chosen another hotel. We would return again but would need to be reassured that the building noise has been completed as it has spoilt part of the holiday!

Lovely hotel with a sun bed reservation app. Brilliant !
We stayed at the hotel during May 25. Sábila is conveniently situated within a stones throw of the beach, restaurants and bars, and there is a back entrance from the hotel that takes you right there. Saying that, we were not troubled by any noise during our stay.We were B & B and the variety at breakfast was exceptional. We stayed in a standard room and it was clean and adequate. I looked at upgrading to star prestige but the cost was ridiculous. From the check in with Bryan to the end of our stay the customer service from the staff was excellent. They are a credit to the hotel. One of the best part of this whole experience was using the app to reserve your sun-beds. What a brilliant idea, very easy to use and allowed you to book at your leisure. If you can’t use the app, Santiago and Carmela were on hand to help. We love Costa Adeje and have visited the area many times. We would definitely book to stay here again. We look forward to returning.

.Happy holidays at hotel Sabila.
The staff are very helpful they will do everything to help you. Carmella is a lovely lady helping to book sun beds for us as soon as we arrived. The hotel is very clean and the restaurant food is lovely, the hotel is situated next to bar’s restaurants and beach.This hotel caters for all ages from young to old, it is very chilled and relaxing perfect location for long walks or just a quick stroll. I would recommend this hotel and definitely will be returning sometime soon.
