This is an amazing hotel! It has an upmarket feel as soon as you walk into the reception area. The decor is clean and stylish. Check-in was smooth and we were given a complimentary glass of cava and cold flannel, which was a nice touch. The room was large, clean and stylish, with plenty of storage space, and an iron / iron-board provided. We had a sea-view room on the 3rd floor and the view was stunning, looking out to the pool, beach, and sea. It was amazing to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the sunset. The bathroom was large, with his and hers sinks and the toilet in a separate cubicle. My only slight criticism of the bathroom was the door is see-through, so something to consider if privacy is a concern. An odd design feature, in my opinion, but we made it work and it didn't detract from our overall experience. There's a buffet breakfast with a huge selection of hot and cold food, all cooked to a good standard, with tea and coffee served to your table. There's also cava available :). We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, but we had dinner at the hotel one evening. It was served in the same restaurant and was also buffet style, with unlimited wine. Although quite expensive, the food was delicious and the red wine was outstanding. It's worth going there on one evening, if you don't feel like going out. The hotel also has great evening entertainment, which I'm usually not a fan of, so I was pleasantly surprised as the quality was very high. Particular mention to the Elton John impersonator, who was brilliant!! The hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. There's a promenade, with lots of great restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel pool is large and had lots of loungers, although we prefer the beach so didn't spend much time there. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, always smiling and made us feel very welcome. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a stylish 5-star adults only hotel in Costa Adeje. I would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing friendly staff
Arrived with a Lovely welcome , we have had a welcome beer . Never seen lifts so fast . Room 452 4 th floor side view was clean . The staff I have to say the best friendly happy , loads of sunbeds free drinks , which was a nice thought . Food amazing , entertainment good . Liked the idea of the free water dispenser .special mention to Nina best hot stone massage in the spa loved it .Thank you for a lovely holiday. Stevie & Jackie

Excellent as usual
Arrived mid afternoon check in was smooth as always and had free drinks only waited 30 minutes for our room.What made this trip special is the way all the staff coped with the storm which hit the area on Sunday to Tuesday the pool area staff were great at cordoning off certain areas which were a risk of being to windy credit to Santiago👌 and his team for all their hard work Special mention to all the bar staff and the waiters👌 inside the hotel for their constant service and the food staff for the restaurant service special mention to all the reception team✌️ again first class service with a smile especially Krista Guest👌 services for all her help in my requests she is a great credit to the hotel. The ladies 👌who cleaned our room were great (125) and it was spotless with clean towels always. The only problem i could see was certain guests complaining to reception and pool staff moaning they could not get their favourite sun bed spot and the hotel having to shut the pool area at one stage unbelievable at best the beach was open.🥹 We will be returning in May 👍

Recommend
Fantastic hotel, the pool area was very nice with the best sun-beds. The bed in the room was comfortable and the bathroom is of a good size with a large shower. If you are a coffee fan then bring your own Nespresso pods as you only get 4. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food.

IHG Status Fully Recognised
This was our second visit to an Iberostar Hotel and I am pleased to advise that IHG status is fully recognised. AS a Diamond Elite Member I contacted the Hotel prior to arriving to confirm my booking. At the prompt check in, we were handed refreshing hand towels and drinks and we were advised we had been upgraded to a Star Prestige Suite on the 6th floor. The Benefits of Star Prestige are great at this hotel. Exclusive area in the dining room and by the pool. Widely available snacks and drinks, along with a Club Lounge. All the staff are friendly positive and helpful. It has been great to visit a spotless hotel which is run to a high standard. Staying at hotels extensively it is so pleasing to visit a hotel which runs smoothly and cares for its guests.
