Jul 27, 2025Very nice stay and we recommend the program in the hotel
The hotel is great and all kind of program going on that we as a family really liked, yoga, pilates and workshops in the afternoon. It would have been great if the reception wpuld have informed us about that when we checked in. I must say that the waiter Andreas is great at his job, always smiling, positive and excellent service!

this was a disaster from the night we checked in . the shower was flooded so we had to change rooms . and the reception staff were very rude and not interested. small rooms nothing like the fotos. food was the same every night and very slow at cooking . charging for small water at the table which should be free its only water at the end of the day. the tall bald waiter with the glasses was very rude to me for taking in water from my room . so why do they have water stations outside dnt make sense. thing is if they dnt want people to take in water put a sign up and not argue with customers in front of other. i told the manager and he was going to talk to him . no apologie afterwards when i came out manager just walked past me . rude i would say. it was a good break untill that waiter spoke to me like i was a kid so we will never ever set foot in there again . and the music etc at night was awfull aswell think there was only about 6 people outside listening at night .

Great experience
The hotel is located right next to the beach, offering a rich buffet every day. The staff is incredible, and everything is clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of activities and workshops for everyone. I highly recommend it!

Incredible week stay here - we will be booking again!
Amazing week here, we honestly have no complaints! Rooms are lovely, bright and modern. Always kept so clean too so thank you to housekeeping! Right on the beach so we had a lovely view from our balcony. Both pools were great, and always found free sunbeds no matter the time, big bonus for us as we like to explore in the morning! Also offered free drinks throughout the day around the pool, frozen margaritas, aperol spritz, daiquiri, corona - and snacks too! Crisps, nuts & popcorn. This was a fab addition. Food was super, always a good variety each day. Had plenty to choose from each night! Breakfast also good, loved the fresh crepes on some of the days. All staff here are incredible and really make your stay. All of them are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They really are the best. Special mention to Andres, Pablo and Carla. Thank you for being wonderful! Great location too only 15 mins from the airport (you wouldn’t know you were that close though!) and 20 mins ish into Palma. We took taxi’s everywhere, although there were plenty of busses too if you prefer. Taxis are a little expensive in Palma, especially Uber. The gym is well equipped and modern, the spa was also perfect. My boyfriend used the sauna most days which he enjoyed! Free filtered water all over the hotel too was handy! Sad to be home from this hotel it was such a nice stay, look forward to returning soon!

15 year anniversary in Mallorca
A Perfect Stay at Iberostar Bahía de Palma – Waves of Relaxation and Style From the moment we arrived at Iberostar Bahía de Palma, it was clear we were in for a treat. The rooms are immaculate—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style. Every detail felt intentional, and we slept incredibly well each night. The pool area is a true highlight. Whether you’re lounging with a cocktail or taking a dip to cool off under the Mediterranean sun, the vibe is laid-back and uplifting. It’s the kind of place where time seems to slow down in the best way. But the rooftop is where the magic truly happens. Sweeping views of the coast, fantastic drinks, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're exactly where you're supposed to be. Watching the sunset from up there with a spritz in hand is an experience we won’t soon forget. Speaking of spritzes—huge shoutout to Lucas, who led an incredible Aperol Spritz masterclass during our stay. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about his craft. We walked away not only with a better drink in hand but also with a deeper appreciation for the art behind it. Lucas, you nailed it! Lastly, the staff as a whole are truly top-tier. Friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make the stay memorable. They’re a big part of what makes this hotel feel so special. We can’t wait to return—thank you for an unforgettable stay!
