Feb 20, 2025Below average compared to the many resorts we have visited.
Here now it is our last night. Currently waiting on someone to come repair the toilet for the second time and to fix the AC. Toilet is leaking water all over the bathroom floor and AC will not adjust. At checkin we had issues with our room assignment. We had a total of 3 rooms reserved and requested all three be in close proximity to each other. A family room for my daughter and her family - a king with a connecting room with double beds. My husband and I requested a king. My daughter and her family’s room was fine - my husband and I were assigned to a double bed room. We don’t sleep in separate beds ant home and we are not about to on vacation. After speaking with 3 different people at the front desk we were finally assigned to a king room but on the opposite side of the resort from our family. Very frustrating. Was told they do not guarantee rooms - I get not guaranteeing a specific room, but not guaranteeing the number of beds in a room, is something I have never experienced with a resort. On a better note, the entertainment, bar and restaurant staff have all been fabulous. Food is average. Hour later and still waiting on someone to fix toilet and AC.

very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. rooms were pretty spacious and always clean. first time here and would highly recommend. Rufino was a delight and always had a smile on his face! he always made my day. love the parrot in the lobby too. would come back again

Excellent vacation New Year’s Eve
We had a fantastic vacation and one of the reasons why is Christian Herrera the guest relation at star prestige Made vacation 10 times better. The food is excellent . The kids club was not very busy, the kids were exceptionally well take care of. The place is all rounded the road around it. The reputations are rounded through all everybody’s are exceptionally very nice.

Relaxing
Very nice and relaxing environment, food was delicious and the staff are very friendly. Rafino helped us our first day there, he took the time to explain all that the resort had to offer, he is the best! Me and my family will definitely be back!

Iberostar stay!
Rufino was the best! Super accommodating, friendly, and gave us great recommendations on things to do during our stay. Azael (Freddy) was so fun and always kept the party going. It truly felt like we stayed with family. We felt very welcome, and can’t wait to come back next year.
