This Hotel is More than 5 star. From check in to check out every member of staff made me and my daughter feel welcome. The entertainment staff are just outstanding. We arrived at the Hotel early and whilst waiting for our room to be ready we sat outside on the seated area. The Entertainments manager was passing and stopped to introduce himself and asked out names. Not only being very welcoming he was so funny. Making us aware that he has a new team and some of the activities available throughout our stay. He was so enthusiastic and this gave us a positive impression before we had even checked in. Reception had taken our number and said they will make us aware when the room was ready. Allowed us to store our luggage whilst we explored the Hotel and its facilities. Before we new it they had gone out of there way to check us in as early as possible and even presented with a glass of procecco and homemade chocolates on checkin. Prior to our arrival we had asked for a high floor for security as I was alone with my daughter an an amazing view. Well hands up to this hotel they has exceeded my expectations. The room was perfect with and outstanding view and I really do want to say thank you Hotel Cristina for you consideration and creating a true IHG experience here. Every day there was entertainment from am to pm. One day the entertainments team put on an excursion to the markets inwhich they paid for the bus ride there and back and this was very well organised. There was bear pong, bingo, salsa dancing live football musicians... this hotel has something for every one. Very clean housekeeping were amazing. Breakfast was filled with choices but a special shout out to the omelette station and the older lady chefs she was amazing... The female and male Hotel Manager were present every day being a great source of problem solving when arisen. Waiters/waitresses we so friendly and there was such a good vibe day and night. Offering crisps to the table was a lovely touch. I can not fault this Hotel in any way. The personal touch was outstanding and they really met every expectation above and beyond. Second visit - both highly recommended.
Just finishing off our 2nd stay at the Iberostar Cristina (first holiday was in Aug 23). The reasons for our return are simple - see below list. Great relaxed atmosphere. Superb food. Good location - near to the beach plus bus stop to Palma just outside the hotel. Friendly , professional staff. Clean and tidy surroundings plus fantastic room service. No negative comments from us - so we’ll be back in 2027 for sure.

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing.
Probably the best hotel resort I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was comfortable and the room nice and spacious. The air conditioning worked WONDERFUL. Nice shower and bathroom. We don’t have kids but the resort had tons of things for kids to do like toys, activities and shoes just for them. I could see it being great for families but It does mean the pools more crowded with kids and stuff so be aware. We did only breakfast there but it was delicious with so many options that were so good. There was a water fill station so we could fill our water bottle all the time. Close to a bus stop to go to town literally the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Super close to the beach, less than 3 minute walk to playa de Palma which was an amazing beach with lots of eating options nearby and a nice walkway that runs the whole beach. We absolutely loved it.

Good hotel that could be excellent
Stayed here for three nights, overall a good experience. The good stuff: 1) Well located, 10 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from the beach and right by the bus stop for buses into Palma City. Also close to loads of restaurants and bars in Playa Del Palma and C'an Pastilla. 2) Clean and recently refurbished. 3) Excellent choice for Breakfast, didn't eat lunch or dinner so can't comment on these. 4) Really powerful shower. 5) Comfortable bed. 6) Lots of sunbeds. 7) Staff really friendly and all speak English and German as standard. 8) Love the wrist band which unlocks your room and allows you to charge drinks to the room. Room for improvement 1) The air conditioning is weak and doesn't cool the rooms sufficiently, needs to be more powerful especially in the height of summer. There is no air con is the reception area at all. 2) The charging for the safe in the room is ridiculous, this should be free for a four star hotel. 3) Although there are lots of sunbeds, there are not enough parasols, there should be one for every two beds. 4) The pool has a shallow end (1.3 m) and a deep end (1.8m). As this is a family hotel all the children gather at the shallow end with balls and other inflatable toys. If you don't have kids there is nowhere to stand as the deep end is too deep to stand. 5) The pool doesn't open until 10am, this should be earlier.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location to visit the beach. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The pool area is lovely and the pool is massive. The rooms were very roomy and we found the aircon was pretty good as well - perfect temperature. Food choice in restaurant was a bit meh (we weren't AI) - we wanted a sandwich but the choice was limited but on the other hand, we found the food and drinks to be quite reasonably priced to say you're in a hotel. We really did love the hotel and will definitely look at it as an option for our next trip in September.
