  Worth visiting

  Overall the resort was beautiful, the people were so nice and friendly. The only 2 issues we had was lack of snack bars in between meals for the kids, unless you are good with hamburgers, fries and hot dogs everyday. The other issue was out of their hands but the beach was super rough and high waves for the kids to enjoy along with the towel game on chairs was real. Apart from that, the pool was huge and we spent endless hours enjoying that. Stunning grounds with manicured flower gardens. I would definitely go back and give it a second chance.

  Golf, sun, México

  A short golfing break chasing the sun from a cold and rainy UK saw us arrive in Cancun. We stayed at the Iberostar Beach hotel and had a fantastic time. The golf course is very good - I mean very! Food was excellent and the service exceptional but by far and away the best service was from Luis Martinez on the front desk and concierge area - this guy could not have been nicer and more considerate, he made an effort with everything and made us feel very special and valued. I have been lucky enough to travel the world and stay in some amazing 5 even 6 star hotels and I really liked the Beach hotel but my lasting positive impression of the Iberostar brand and this Mexico experience was the service from Luis. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed

  Relaxing

  We had nice entertaining by David by the pool, food is great, room is confortable, bars and the view at the beach is good. Reservation for restaurant is difficult but overall, the quality of food is good. People are respectful. Good place to go

  Amazing Vacation, Fantastic Resort

  We returned from Iberostar Beach a week ago. This was our 2nd visit to this resort and it was amazing. We ware a family of 6, Grandparents, parents and two girls 6 and 8 years. We had adjoining rooms close to the pool and beach, which was an excellent location for us. Last time we were closer to the buffet restaurants. Grounds- breath taking. Everything is lush and immaculately kept. Food - Good food overall. Great breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and too much food to mention it all. Lunch: The lunch buffet at the pool wasn't great but there was also the beach stands as well as the Mall had food and snack options which are also included. Dinner buffet: The dinner buffets are themed so it's different every night. We really enjoyed the buffet especially the gala night. Mexican a la carte: We didn't go but our daughter and her family did. They were very unimpressed with their dinner. Comments were that it just wasn't tasty and the hot food was too cold. French : Husband and I ate at the French restaurant and that was excellent. We had a great beef tenderloin. Japanese: That was ok. Food was tasty, but we were there on the chef's first day and thus has to learn how to be a little more entertaining. Overall good though. Staff: Polite and friendly. Including the staff at the kids club. Our children didn't really go but they did participate in the evening preshow with the kids club. They go over and above, including outfitting the kids in costumes like the one for Grease and the preshow on the beach. Well done. Rooms: Our rooms were comfortable and clean. We had adjoining rooms, one room had a king bed with shower, the other two doubles with a tub. This arrangement worked out really well. Beach and pool: Both were immaculate. The pool is amazing and just goes on forever. The pool has different areas within it for different purposes, quiet, games, activities etc. Great beach but very wavy sea. Everyone had a great time wave jumping. Lifeguards did a great job looking out for everyone's safety. No Sargasso this time. Transportation: Because this resort is so enormous and also side by side of other Iberostar resorts, there is a transportation system that's also on the ap. There you can track the different transportation golf carts and where they are and how long you have to wait. This is very well organized which is an amazing improvement since the last time we were there. Last time you just had to hope that someone randomly passed you. Check in check out: Checking in and out was fast and well organized. I also love how they have the bracelets now which also act as room keys. Overall fantastic vacation and would recommend to others.

  Vacations

  Amazing resort. Lots to do and see. Entertainment staff were fun and engaging and even remembered our faces from day to day. The poolside activities during the day were also fantastic. Service excellent. We will definitely come again for vacation. Ana is Amazing !!
