I had an amazing experience visiting Ibeostar for the New Year! Since arrival all staff was very friendly but especially my concierge Tishauna!! She checked on me frequently throughout my stay and helped me with any questions and connected me with the right staff for the excursions I had interest in. The catering for New Years was superb and the food and entertainment overall was an amazing vibe!

I was here for a conference , the concierge assigned to me was Kira ,she was excellent I must say she took care of everything ensured we didn’t have to go out of our way for anything.She even helped us get free tickets for the catamaran .I loved her excellent service

It was wonderful
My kids took me there to celebrate my birthday, I enjoyed the trip. The place was exceptionally clean, food excellent. Entertainment was out of this world. Staff was lovable especially our concierge Tishauna, she made us feel welcome, she was a delight. I will also send love to Sparkle, Concrete and KK from the entertainment team.

Feels Like Family
Another year, another unforgettable time at this resort—our fourth, to be exact, and it genuinely feels like our second home. The Prestige Lounge crew—Chad, Leroy, Anecia, Kacy, Warren, and Sherene (hope I got those names right)—you guys are the soul of this place. Your warmth, your kindness, and those delightful conversations make us feel like we're among friends. We're already counting down the days until we see you again next year! A big thank you goes to Marcus, the chef whose culinary magic never ceases to amaze. His dishes are a feast for the senses, and his vibrant personality adds flavor to every meal. We look forward to his creations each visit because they're just that good. This year, they outdid themselves for my wife's birthday. The personal touches, the surprises—they made her feel like royalty. It was more than we could have hoped for; it was a celebration etched in our memories. The resort itself? Picture-perfect with that breathtaking beach and the inviting, crystal-clear waters. But let's be honest, it's the staff that elevates this place. Their hospitality is second to none, and it's why we keep coming back, dragging more friends along each time! What a fantastic escape. Until 2026, everyone! 🌴
