I came here with my family and we spent most of our time on the beach.The attendants on the beach are warm and friendly,not to mention the entertainment team engaging . The jerk chicken on the beach was awesome.Oshane ,my pool bartender, Respect. Kahmar and Chanelle,my two concierges, thank you for the awesome experience that you gave to my family . My room was clean and I had the perfect view .One love Fines,sparkle and Wayne,I am still practising those moves.

A Gem of a Stay at Iberostar Waves - One Minor Hiccup
From the moment we arrived at the resort,we were enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine warmth and attentive service. While the entire staff deserves accolades for their dedication to guest satisfaction, one individual truly shone: bellboy Nikko. This remarkable employee was an absolute delight. His welcoming smile and his handling of our luggage upon arrival immediately set a positive tone for our stay. Throughout our time at the resort, he were consistently helpful, always ready with a friendly greeting and offering assistance without being intrusive. Whether it was providing directions, answering questions about local attractions, or promptly delivering items to our room, his service was excellent. His professionalism and genuine care for the guests were truly outstanding and made a significant positive impact on our experience. He is a true asset to Iberoster. The resort itself boasts beautiful grounds, comfortable accommodations, and generally excellent service across the board. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the recreational facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable. However, there was one minor aspect that detracted slightly from the otherwise flawless experience: the disposal of garbage from the lobby bar. On a couple of occasions, we observed staff carrying what appeared to be refuse bins directly through the main lobby. This practice felt somewhat out of place in such an otherwise elegant and well-kept environment. While understandable that waste needs to be removed, a more discreet route or method would undoubtedly enhance the overall aesthetic and cleanliness of the lobby area. Despite this minor issue, our stay was overwhelmingly positive, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Nikko. We would wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway and we sincerely hope the management addresses the lobby bar garbage disposal to ensure a consistently pristine experience for all guests. We look forward to returning and once again experiencing the wonderful hospitality, especially from that outstanding bellboy.

It was a very clean environment clean, rooms, lobby is comfortable and big. Staff are super helpful and always ready to assist with every little thing. Our concierge Shondah Campbell was there for us right through our stay to assist us with booking reservation for the different restaurants (I ENJOYED THE JAMAICAN&SMOKEHOUSE). We love the Iberostar family and we enjoyed our stay there, one love to all the wonderful staff. (Shanice,Susana, Keirah,jovaye,Sheldon, kevin,Tishauna).

One love 🇯🇲
I had a amazing experience at the Iberostar star wave resort, staff was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival we were greeted by a young lady tianna she welcome us with some welcome drinks and also directed us to proceed in check in. The front desk agents were amazing especially latoya and khalil . After check in we were greeted by our concierge kahmar where she assisted us with getting reservations for the Japanese the food was great the jerk chicken was to die for the hotel is one i will recommend anyday 😊

Home away from home
Of course we had to return to Iberostar just to see back our friend's and family. We made reservations at the Italian restaurant which was good ,we started late but the ending was good. We had ice-cream ,Shondah showed us the Sports Bar for late night snacks. We went to the fiction night club after dinner where we dance to dome real jamican music. Our daily activities with the entertainment team on the pool deck was with so much fun and laughter. (Big up Peter and his team). The Bar in the lobby very entertaining and the pianist always deliver. Thanks shanice for helping us with the Iberostar-App,we appreciate all of you.(Susana,Jelecia,Chenelle. WE WILL BE BACK SOONER THAN EXPECTED 🥳🥳. "yah man"
