Amazing! Just returned from our stay here and it was beautiful and so enjoyable. Our butlers, Omar and Mose, were so accommodating and always available when needed (though we were so content the entire stay). They added that extra touch that truly made us feel at home. We also enjoyed the activities (AB was fantastic and kept us well entertained). We loved the pools (and Reyes (sp?) was an excellent server on the rooftop! The food was great and the views were stunning, no matter where you were at the resort. Will definitely return next year. Already counting the days!

Great service, calm/relaxing vibes
Had an amazing anniversary trip with my wife to impressions. This resort is perfect for a quiet and romantic getaway. If you’re looking for a high energy resort, this is not your place. But if you’re looking for someone to cater to your comfort, this is it! Antonio and his service at the beach was top-notch - ensuring we had towels, that our chairs were the perfect angle for max sun and umbrella up when it got to hot! Our butlers, Omar and Mose were attentive and speedy with making sure our week went great. Outside the resort: I took a walk early morning to the south end of the island to watch the sunrise. There’s a park there that you can pay to get in $6 US. Totally worth it. Beautiful rock cliffs and stunning sunrise setting. Took a $10 taxi to north beach for a few hours - very cool area with a beautiful beach and good street vendors. The gym was nice. I brought some protein powder in plastic bags and asked Eduardo at the coffee place to whip me up a smoothie - it was excellent! Food: Spezia was our favorite place. Excellent food all around, but that was our fave. Water: The water was blue and beautiful. Snorkeling at the resort was only average, but the staff made it a good experience. Pool temp was cold on the roof, medium temp in lobby level, and warmer on the lower level. Spa: good experience at the spa. We had a couple massage. I arrived only 20 min before my massage, but I wish I’d gotten there earlier to enjoy the facilities longer. The sauna and steam room were very nice and the hydrotherapy are was super cool. 5 out of 5 for a relaxing, read a book, intimate time with your spouse.

Wonderful Wedding Anniversary in Impression Isla Mujeres
My wife and I went to Impression Isla Mujeres to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary and it was the best place we could choose. Everything was great! The views are spectacular, as well as the food and the service. The Spize Italian restaurant has incredible home-made raviolis, and the Sake oriental restaurant had some of our favorite Japanese and Thai food. Our suite had a wonderful view of the ocean as well as a jacuzzi in the terrace. We had a romantic dinner in the Unik restaurant that is in the roof top, and we saw a sunset that was incredibly beautiful.

Dream Come True
The photos of this place look amazing...well it's even better in person. The scenery, staff and accommodations exceeded my already high expectations. The resort is not crowded so you can relax and enjoy. If you are looking to relax in a beautiful place and be pampered, this is a must!!!

Amazing experience at Impressions Isla Mujeras
We had an amazing experience at this resort. The quick check-in process at the dock made us feel like we were getting the most out of our vacation. All of the staff were amazing and extremely attentive to our every need. Our butler David went above and beyond in order to ensure we were having an amazing experience. The dining and food options are all amazing, from the delicious room service breakfast options through the various restaurants on site. We personally enjoyed the fresh made pastas and ravioli at Spetzia and the delicious steaks and wine pairings from the sommelier at wildfire. Plenty of things to do at the resort and had a really fun time at the ancestral fire show and new moon ceremonies. Would highly recommend this resort and excited to return!
