Instagrammable resort as we expected. Our check-in process had a bit of hiccup due to the boat transfer cancellation. We got the confirmation to go to the marina in that morning. But in the taxi, they messaged us that the boat was cancelled, like just 30mins before our boat schedule. We were already at the Marina, so had to pay another taxi fee to go to the ferry station from Marina. Wish it was compensated as it was totally preventable and due to their late notice, but no compensation was received. When we arrived, the check-in desk staffs were welcoming. Our butlers were Martin & Omar. They were attentive and provided great service. Monica explained about resort credit, useful tips in island in timely manner. Jared took care of daily activities/entertainments like wine tasting/cocktail class, etc. He had helped to make the experience more enjoyable. Judith, the sommelier, provided an awesome wine class, she is very knowledgeable and kind. Shout out to Diego, the bartender, for the cocktail class. Look for him to get the best cocktails. Edgar, also a bartender, made special shots for us and it tasted amazing. You can find him either at the lobby bar or the temple bar as well. Also Jose at the lobby bar was great too! Our room was oceanfront with a hot-tub and it was clean & beautiful. The view was the best. I think beach area service needs more improvement. After we got our beach-bed, no one came to check on us for food or drinks for a while. We literally had to grab a staff for the service. Also, when we received the cocktails, they were very watered down and in poor quality. I was surprised since when we had drinks at the bars, it was not like this. I suggest to grab drinks at the bars directly! Overall, this resort is obviously stunning, with a great view. Foods at Unik, La spezia were great, and drinks were just okay at the restaurants and great at the bar. Staffs were very friendly which we really appreciated. The water slide was closed during our entire stay due to low tide. I would like to come back to experience the water slide. lol

Antonio in the beach area was awesome! He was attentive, helpful and friendly! Be sure to find him when you’re out by the beach! Angel & Edgar were amazing butlers. Whatever you need, they are available to assist, make reservations, answer questions, etc.

Impressionable
Just wow.. was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews so wasn’t sure what to expect, but I knew it would still be nice. This place did NOT disappoint! We ended up not arriving til after sunset and I would almost recommend it more because pulling up to the lights on the dock and everything being Lit up was an insane wow factor. We were greeted by our butler, Angel who was very helpful and nice to communicate with. I felt like I was in a dream. Many pools but we mostly hung by the beach. Thank you to ANTONIO, the beach butler, hook him up he was awesome! The drinks were great the food surprisingly surpassed our expectations. Come if you want a peaceful, dreamlike getaway with plenty of food, pools, and things to do for this size of resort. Would definitely recommend and come back to this one.

Fabulous Resort!!
The resort is perfect, from the delicious food to the wonderful drinks. Antonio for the beach service, Jerrod and Rebecca from the entertainment committee and of course, our butlers, Omar and Martin were all so very helpful. In fact, every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect! I would highly recommended this resort!!

Honeymoon experience
We had the best time during our honeymoon! It has been a pleasure to be here with all the friendly staff. We’re grateful for Diego making our amazing cocktails, thankful for Anthony for constantly checking up on us while laying by the beach or pool, and lastly our butler wedinzon and Erick for taking care of us during our whole stay. We will forsure be back for the hospitality and overall amazing experience
