I had a such a great time at this resort. From the experiences with Cristian, Julio and Jose playing beach volleyball, cornhole and other games. Monica, Sergio and Ari were great for water aerobics and fun conversations. The whole team was amazing for good energ/vibes and meeting other people at the resort. Can’t say enough good things about everyone included.

A Resort to Be Remembered Forever
My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this property during Thanksgiving. Cancun has always been our favorite vacation destination, and we have visited more than twenty times. Naturally, we are huge fans of Secrets and Hyatt. This was our first time staying at Secrets Moxché, and everything was absolutely perfect. However, we did encounter a minor issue. The TV in our room had persistent problems with the HDMI connection, and at times, it would unexpectedly turn off. Despite making several requests for repairs or replacement, the issue was not resolved promptly, which eventually led us to contact the concierge directly. Fortunately, we had the great fortune of meeting "Christian", one of the finest staff members at the concierge desk. He personally stepped in to address the situation and provided exceptional assistance. Thanks to his proactive and professional approach, the issue was resolved smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy the rest of our stay. Because of this wonderful experience, we have already decided to spend our upcoming Christmas vacation at Secrets Moxché as well. We are truly looking forward to celebrating the holidays there and are committed to remaining loyal guests of Secrets Moxché in the future.

Fantastic resort

Honeymoon of Our Dreams
We came to Secrets Moxche for our honeymoon. It was the best trip of our lives and we enjoyed every minute. The staff was extremely friendly including Christian, Sergio, and Monica with the entertainment team. They were so fun and down to earth. People we would make a point to come back and see! Domingo and Gabrielle were awesome bartenders who made tasty drinks and exchanged genuine conversations. They, and all the other staff went above and beyond with every request that was made. The resort is gorgeous - the most beautiful resort we had both ever been to, and there was so much to do on the resort. We also loved our couples massage at the spa. We never felt the need to leave the resort for additional activities, but it did seem that that was a good option if interested. We will definitely be coming back in the future. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to get away and have a relaxing memorable vacation.

Paradise by the Ocean
Walking in was like walking into paradise. Treated so kindly. Rooms were perfect. So many different types of pools. Pools like a beach, secluded pools, infinity pools…. Beach chairs, shades, beach beds, amazing. Towels were abundant. Service top notch. We never went without anything. Love this place.
