We had the best time! Staff are super friendly and accomodating. The reefs, experiences, restaurant and spa all exceeded expectations. Favourites were snorkel safari and parasailing! Food was all delicious. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Fiji!

Beautiful beach, friendly and helpful staff. Food as fine (was expecting worse, as everyone talks about how average the food in Fiji is). The rooms were disappointing very dark however we were there for the beach and we had a good time. The kids club was relatively empty so we only used it for a single afternoon. If you want to stay on one of the best beaches in fiji mainland and don't mind the dated rooms then you will be happy. Took about 2hrs in taxi car each way from airport.

The service and standards were not 5 Star which was really disappointing and we were excluded from one pool and restaurant area which we were not aware that was for exclusive use of the higher end properties. We booked 3 individual Lagoon View rooms for 5 nights at $1300 AUD per night they were dark, dirty and dated and house keeping only came a couple of times. Restaurant food was very average as was the service. It was a very expensive holiday for what we experienced. We were also unaware that if your book via a travel agent or third party you cannot accumulate points with the IHG group. Fijian people are lovely but the hotel management should give better training on customer service. We would not recommend this resort.

Great all round Hospitality , Hotel employees couldn't do more at every location of the hotel resort. Good amenities and the Spa , well the couples treatment was Devine , relaxing and pampering all round. Pool service was right at your sunbed and frequently visited by staff.

Incredible and full of fun!
This is just a beautiful spot with incredible facilities. The daily items for the activities you could use were clean and quality. The staff are kind and caring and everyone feels so welcomed. The buffet food for breaky is a must and by far the best buffet. My partner, 9 month old baby and parents had the best holiday and were always catered for. To drinks by the water, to snacks by the pool, they have it all. We went on one night tour - organised by the hotel and thats all, we never left the hotel. We will come back again!
