I had the pleasure of being served by Jenny at the Royal Sonesta pool, and she truly went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Her customer service skills are exceptional—she’s full of energy, incredibly attentive, and genuinely cares about making guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Meeting Jenny was a highlight of my vacation. She was a breath of fresh air, bringing positivity and warmth to every interaction. Her enthusiasm and dedication made my time by the pool even more enjoyable, and she was exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. If you’re lucky enough to have Jenny as your server, you’re in for a fantastic experience! I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Great experience- EXCELLENT service from all- Salvador front desk, Enice pool, beach umbrella guys- best of all amazing daily service from Ms. Arelis Ferreras housekeeping and Hiram valet- they are so attentive, very kind & super helpful!

GREAT SERVICE and AMENITIES ! GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Great Experience!! Great Service!! The hotel property and amenities were awesome. The entire staff was super friendly. Everyone we met was attentive, kind and helpful. The pool staff made every minute enjoyable. The Staff in the front desk Eunice / Salvador very welcoming. The valet staff Hiram extremely helpful but the BEST of ALL was housekeeping Arelis Ferrera was extremely helpful !!

Great place to spend the week for spring break trip, would highly recommend booking for a nice & relaxing getaway!
Awesome experience! Excellent service from Arelis Ferreras in house keeping and Iran in valet, would highly recommend! Was attentive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire course of our stay. Pool, front desk, beach, etc. all great! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Great service from Arelis
Arelis Ferreres was fantastic, room was always perfect when we came back from the beach. Hotel overall very clean. We have already made plans to return. Location is also wonderful comma close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, great service there as well.
