Vacation time in jamaica was beautiful. Thanks to Kadian, Tanya and safa my concierge who made my stay amazing. My room was so beautiful and clean , my housekeeper was so helpful. My bulters was amazing Rushane and jaime thanks guys i love jamaica.

Fantastic first stay
Just back from a wonderful first time stay at JOIA El Mirador. This is a really high quality 5 star hotel. Fantastic service from Jonathan, Diana and Alexandra who gave us a great welcome and took care of every request we had. Great recommendations for local restaurants where they secured fantastic tables for us, plus a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room on our anniversary. Breakfast buffet is outstanding, huge range of options. We loved the Cenador restaurant, serving only locally sourced produce, where Davide and Alexandro made us really welcome. Lovely gym where the open windows give a cool breeze as you look across the ocean view. We chose the 'prestige' option which gives access to a separate pool and large sunbathing area, plus access to complimentary 'snack' bar areas - well stocked with high quality food and drinks, frequently replenished. Would love to go back!

A superb 5 Star hotel experience
We have just returned from another weeks stay at this wonderful hotel which is truly a 5 Star experience. All the staff are extremely friendly and efficient particularly Tiziana and her team who ensures every guest feels welcome and important. The food and service in all the restaurants is top quality and the buffet breakfast is amazing and unrivalled in our experience. Rooms are tastefully furnished and spacious and the hotel is an excellent seafront location. We can highly recommend El Mirador for those searching for a true 5 star hotel experience.

El Mirador perfection AGAIN
9 nights in this hotel (JOIA El Mirador) was again a superb experience. Having stayed here for many years the service remains first class as does the food. The buffet takes some beating as do the a la carte offerings, with some good wine. Our suite with sea view on the 7th floor was VERY GOOD. Attention to detail by the staff makes this vacation so worthwhile. Not the cheapest hotel, but for couples and no children, represents very good value for money. We will be staying again in the not too distant future and the bonus the lovely warmth at this time of the year! We rate this hotel one of the best vacation hotels in Europe and often judge others by its standards.

Our happy place
We returned to our favourite hotel for yet another fabulous stay, from the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. During our stay we visited the spa for the first time and enjoyed a couples massage which was amazing. Our favourite lunch stop, La Pergola didn’t disappoint. We were looked after each day by Stefano who was always friendly and attentive, supported by Yoiry, We also returned one evening for dinner and it was lovely, again Stefano looked after us superbly. It is impossible to find fault with this hotel and we can’t wait to return at the end of August!
