Find Kelsey and Richard
This week was a bit unexpected because the resort is full of families and we expected most kids to be in school but the place was jam packed full of families from New York. We had a great time at the beach and the resort. The service is great and was well above expectations for a Caribbean destination. We rented a few different cabanas for the 4 days we were here and Kelsey from South Africa, and Richard from Kenya were absolutely wonderful and made our entire trip the best. If you come here be sure to find a cabana that allows you to interact with these two and you will have the best time, I can’t imagine our trip being close to the same without them. The diving at Marty’s Wall and aquarium north were great too.

Absolutely TOPS
This shiny new resort is way on the expensive side price-wise (especially over the winter holidays), but we decided to go for it and we're very glad that we did. The Seafire is at the far end of 7-mile Beach, but not really very far from restaurants and activities, especially if you have a car. Our rooms were immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. Everything worked (except the TV remote and a lamp, which the staff JUMPED to fix the moment we called about it). Pool and beach are gorgeous. Unfortunately most of the pool chairs get taken early and there does not seem to be any surveillance to free up the ones that get abandoned. Nevertheless, there were always chairs to be had on the beach and helpful staff to get you set up Speaking of the beach, Seafire has an enormous beachfront, so the chaise lounges actually have a bit of space between them (unlike other resorts on 7-mile). Cocktail and food service on the beach was well done, especially the Spicy Margaritas. We attended the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day buffets. Both were super, with wide varieties of top quality offerings. The New Year's Eve after party down on the beach was AMAZING, including even more drinks, music, dancing and THE BEST FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR I'VE EVER SEEN and you could see it all the way down the 7-mile Beach. Finally, the staff are superb. Plenty of people around to offer help when you need it. Friendly and knowledgeable; eager to please. Clearly the product of a fair amount of training starting with a crew of high performers. Sometimes you actually get what you pay for :-)

Great place to vacation
It is a beautifully appointed hotel with exceptional staff and international flair. There are three excellent dining options with incredible views. Sunsets are spectacular at the beach side dining facility. The on-spa offers a multitude of services in a serene setting.

Kimpton Seafire Spa Day
I had the pleasure of finally surprising my mom with a day at the Kimpton Seafire spa and all she had to say is that the experience was “cloud nine”! The masseuse, Julie (Juliette), was extremely professional and gave such a pleasant experience overall. The 60 minute massage plus access to all the amenities within the spa was just enough to have a perfect, stress-relieving addition from a day of beach activities. The spa itself is gorgeous and well kept, and the staff is always paying attention to detail from start to end of your appointment! I would highly recommend an appointment at least once during a visit on the island! You’ll definitely want to keep coming back!!

A lovely stay!
We spent five nights celebrating my husband's 60th birthday and retirement. Sadly, no room upgrade for this special occasion and although they mentioned it upon check in, we only received a small plate of sweets in our room with a note. Was hoping a bottle of bubbles to go with! A bit underwhelmed. The staff was fabulous, especially the valets who got our car each day for us. Giving us towels and waters for excursions was such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast at Ave was outstanding. Loved the beach and pools. The library was fun for a night of music and drinks. loved the happy hour, pilates, and Hobi cat. Oh, be warned! 4 PM check in means 4 PM. If you arrive early, be prepared!!!!!! My suggestions: instead of those odd water bottles that end of thrown out, how about a reusable one that people can take home. Would cut down on more waste. Please, more than one tiny bottle of lotion. Make sure the coffee and tea facilities are in the room----we had to call to get them delivered. All in all, a great stay with the staff really making it great with their friendliness.
