  Cozy Stay

  Very cute resort... Rooms are super spacious and the staff are friendly and very helpful... The only downside was the lingering smell in the bathroom that would not go away.... The food is amazing and they even offer a late night happy hour at the beach clubs....

  First Visit to Curacao.

  Kontiki is a beautiful resort. The staff was kind and friendly. Though the accommodations were different than what we were accustomed too, our villa was clean and cozy. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. We would visit this resort again.

  Kontiki Luxury Suites, My new favorite getaway.

  I just returned from my second stay at Kontiki Luxury Suites within 5 months and I could not be more satisfied with the experience and my accommodations. In October 2024, I was staying at Sandals in Curacao and was headed to Miami for the second half of my trip when a hurricane hit Florida so my wife and I decided to extend our stay in Curacao but wanted to experience another area of the country. My butler at Sandals suggested Kontiki. He said that we would like the luxury suites at Kontiki and the Mambo beach area, and we did. We fell in love with our room that overlooked the ocean and had its own pool on the deck. In addition, the deck was well equipped with two lounge chairs as well as two sitting chairs and a table with chairs, making it easy to eat and peruse my laptop outdoors. The interior room was luxurious and well furnished with a desk, couch, and long bench which was great for changing footwear and organizing items. It also had two separate closets with plenty of closet space and a dresser in each closet with three spacious drawers per dresser. The walk-in, two-person shower is very large and spacious, and its three sided glass walls provided a clear view of your patio and the caribbean ocean. Most notably, we loved that the patio glass doors opened almost the entire width of the room, allowing us to lounge in bed and enjoy an indoor/outdoor experience without leaving the comforts of the room. An added bonus to the room was that it came with 2 lounge beds with a grass toped umbrella that were assigned to us daily in a private area of the beach that had a dedicated service bar. We spent a big part of every day there with the convenience of the Cabana Beach staff that made sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to Jill, Frokia, Maude, and the great bartenders. They were amazing and went out of their way to provide for us!!! While the accommodations were top notch, it was the resort staff that really made our stay extra special from the moment we stepped onto the property. The luxury suites reception staff was very friendly, accommodating, and informative about the island, including Christley and Lysandra. We love Carlos who welcomed us to the rooms on both of our visits and Carol in house keeping. It is special to see familiar faces when you return but those that are there doing internships are also very nice. The fact that Kontiki is located on Mambo beach is a great draw. It was amazing that we did not need to leave the area to enjoy excellent meals, shopping, and even entertainment. In addition, the proximity to Williamsted is also attractive as we were able to visit great restaurants, shopping and a historic museum in under 15 minutes. We enjoyed our visit so much the first time that we were inspired to come back within five months and bring friends with us. They had a fabulous time too! Since our initial visited in Oct 24, we have told two other couples about Kontiki, and they all shared similar experiences. We are planning another trip with our entire family in the coming months. We highly recommend Kontiki Luxury Suites whenever we get the chance. Geoffrey F

  Relaxing and Refreshing

  The suite was immaculate and the views. I had a fabulous time, you don’t even have to leave the resort everything is right there beautiful beaches, food, entertainment etc. The staff were attentive and assisted with all your needs making my staff enjoyable and pleasant.

  AMAZING!!

  The most amazing resort! I stayed in the sea view suite which had beautiful views and its own private pool. The restaurant and resort staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend! The resort has its own private beach with the most amazing crystal blue water and cabanas you can use which I visited almost every day!
