The staff are very friendly. The kids loved being in the pool all day everyday and the lifeguard ‘Manuel are always on alert for the kids safety. My husband and I appreciated the staff who make sure are drinks are top up all the times “Alvaro, Josimar, Angel, Julio, Homer & Emmanuel”. Again thank you.

Excellent Service
Krystal Grand has the nicest staff. They are always available to help with anything. We especially enjoyed Julian and Manuel at the Adult pool. We also had exceptional service from Lifeguard Manuel. He went over and above to help us with a medical problem and checked in with us each day. The resort is in a beautiful local.

Having the Butler Adrian at the Altitude tower was awesome! Customer service was the best here! Great adult pool, Altitude lounge, sports bar and roof top lounge. Also nice kid friendly amenities as well. Very comfortable bed! Food could have been better. A Clean resort!

Risotto at Krystal Grand Los Cabo
The Italian Restaurant Risotto was fantastic. Pedro, our server was excellent, and the food was spectacular. I had the bruschetta, risotto and cannoli. All of them were the best I’ve ever had. I appreciated the smaller portions, as we are not so full!

Incredible
Excellent service at Krystal Resort, everyone especially Manuel had a very good attitude. I will definitely come back. Thanks for everything I hope they maintain the same service. My family very happy with the doctor service, helped my father in law
